Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy of this novel. This did not influence my review.
I DNFed this book at 52%. It was an interesting (but not very original) idea. I was lost after he shape-shifted the second time, mainly because I had no idea what kind of animal he was. I think he was a fish, but the word "nymph" was tossed in a few times. And the whole thing with his name I did not understand. Maybe I would if I kept reading, but I have better books to read.
