Excellent book. Educational, informative, a great resource for anyone who wants to understand addiction. The author knows first hand all the emotions, hurts, and desires of a parent who loves someone with an addiction. She is very honest about her daughter's addiction and the roller coaster of emotions a parent goes through. It is easy to read and very relatable. I found this book powerful in that it provides an understanding, a common ground, as well as, hope to love ones who are suffering with a loved one in the depths of addiction. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an informative, deeper grasp into the power of addiction.
