Karen Duffy writes letters to her sons where she talks to them about life. She uses philosophical references a lot throughout. I liked this book but didn't love it. It seemed like it was just a lot of random musings on life to get children. Which is great for her children, and I did find some of it interesting but some I thought she should have just kept for herself and them. She is actually a friend of my mom's from college which peaked my interest to read it. A good look at motherhood.
