You know this series is going to get dragged out and have a ton of will they / won't they and twists and turns, but it is so wholesome and funny and heartwarming that I mostly don't mind. The cast is a set of stereotypes, but they do manage to (mostly) transcend their types and it makes for a fun read every time.

I have been reading this series for a while now and I was so excited to recieve this arc. I love the simple yet complicated nature of this story.
The art is beautiful and as unrealistic as it can be (it is a manga after all), there is a realness about it that cannot be missed. Komi and Tadano's relationship continues to grow slowly and steadily and it's just adorable. I cannot wait to see what comes next.

Thank you to NetGalley and Vix Media for the eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Funny and pretty clean which is nice when looking for ya manga for our collection. There really isn't enough out there that feels more gender neutral and this gets close to the mark! I look forward to going back and reading volume 1 and watching the netflix series :)

Another great installment to this series! With how light the plot is, I thought I would tire of it at this point but I'm just as invested as when I started. I think the author does a really good job of balancing silliness and still moving the plot forward. I'm really looking forward to the next volume!

Komi Can't Communicate is one of those great slice of life high school stories that are just fun to read and a big part of that is the premise. Everything revolves around Komi's goal to make 100 friends about how the characters grow through it leaves a lot of room to change things up, soothe story never feels stale. The current group of reoccurring characters are some of the best so far, though I will say as the series goes on I have a harder time keeping track of everyone. My only issue was the e-copy I read was very light and some things were hard to make out, but I've never had a problem with the printed copies.

Another Volume of Komi that just makes me laugh and smile.

I love the progression of this series very much. Komi has grown so much, and now we are headed into a major conflict with a friend in the next volume, and yes, its the one that we have been anticipating for a while. It's coming to a head now, and I am interested to see how Komi and Todano both handle the situation.
