Not bad for a book, it explains the process of weight gain and the best ways to tackle it .... however there are no set meal or exercise plans, just general information.
If you would like to have more details then you will have to sign up for their free introductory course... a phrase i saw multiple times in the book.

A perfect book for anyone not just interested in exercise, but the science behind it all. Great read for those wanting to start the new year with a new healthier regime. I certainly took a lot away from it and will do my best to follow this formula!

They literally give you the formula to help you burn fat. Not some fad diet but a sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off. It’s not a lose weight fast and good luck type of book.

This is a good book that I found contained useful information that someone truly committed to losing weight would benefit from, lots of good information re. nutrition and exercise, and definitely worth investing in and taking the time to read the book. I would advise that it is not standalone however and readers may need to subscribe to receive the exercises. Im sure if they do this they will get the results they hope for. the knowledge base sounds sound.

This is less a book and more a sales pitch. There is scant information of use to the casual reader, even if they're interested enough to get through the lengthy introduction, most chapters insist that the reader sign up for their online resources, to the tune of about $100 per month, for a suggested minimum of three months. There are an excessive amount of testimonials, and they're all middle-aged white people. Somehow this also ties in with a church. Hard pass.

I'm so glad I was able to get a copy of this book. I know it's been out for a while now but I've looking for something to do. I know I need to lose a few pounds and this book has a lot of great tips and the strategies needed to lose the fat. I look forward to implementing these strategies into my life.

The basic concept behind The 15 Minute Fitness Fat Loss Formula is simple: work smarter, not harder. Sounds great, right? I mean a 15 minute daily workout sounds much better than hours in the gym on treadmill, right? Almost sounds too good to be true. But the authors do a wonderful job of explaining their rationale for their approach to fitness. This is a relatively short book, quite easy to understand, and I was able to read through it in only a few days. As I’ve only just finished going through the material and have yet to fully put the Schwartz’s plan into action in my own life, I can’t yet make a definitive declaration on how well it actually works, but I’m eager to start and see what results I get. It should also be noted that in addition to the information in the book, the Schwartz’s have a Facebook group as well as a YouTube channel, where you can access more information and encouragement.

Wow! I learned quite a lot about fitness from this book. Henceforth, quite a good read. So, a more fit version of me, here I come !!

I was over 300 lbs. when I started this program in August of 2020. But since then, I have LOST 90 POUNDS! And now, when people ask "how are you doing that?!" I can say "go get the book!"
I'm a busy homeschooling mom of 6, so I don't have hours to spend in a gym. And I don't care to starve myself either. Been there, done that, couldn't sustain it. This program is NOT about being a perpetually hungry gym rat. I'm only working out 15 minutes a day, and no food is off-limits. And I can still drink wine! I'm gaining strength and losing body FAT, not muscle tissue. The transformation is incredible. But more importantly, it's sustainable. I can LIVE like this forever.
Jonas and Jackie Schwartz are the REAL DEAL. Thanks to their Fat Loss Formula, I am no longer desperate or hopeless. I now have control of my nutrition, my fitness and my life.
