Decent conclusion to an overall mediocre series. Zhao is a great worldbuilder and even better with prose, but the characters and their arcs here were never convincing nor appealing enough to make them stick as a classic I'll probably pick up again.

What a bittersweet conclusion. I can definitely tell the improvements in writing from the author and storyline. I've grown attached to our characters that it feels like saying goodbye.

I absolutely love this series so I was so excited to read this new book in the series. The author did an amazing job with the continuation of the characters development. I really connected with the main character and her journey. I would highly recommend this book and series.

A worthy and thrilling conclusion to The Blood Heir trilogy! This picks up where Red Tigress left off, and it's action packed yet emotional. I especially love and Ramson's growth as a character, and his finally claiming an important truth for himself. Linn and Kais are people you can't help but root for, and seeing their journey is well worth it. And of curse, Ana, who's had to carry everything on her shoulders, her coming to terms with her inheritance as the Blood Heir, what she's willing to sacrifice, and finally, the legacy she's fighting for.
Definitely a series to have in one's collection! Highly recommend.
