This was definitely a romantic thriller with emphasis on thriller. It does contain stalking, domestic abuse and violence. With that being said, I did like the spine tingling suspense in Deadly Illusion. Jenna’s life was not the best growing up and that she found a guy who would make her dreams come true. But she entered an even more dark period in her life and found herself and those around her in danger. With a breath catching hold on to your seat dramatic conclusion, is one of the top thrillers this year for me.
