This book takes an empathetic approach and gives bite-size approaches and allows you to have kindness and patience with yourself when dealing with life. This is so necessary for everyone to read in life. Highly recommend. Especially loved the reflection on true life to humanize my feelings and relate.

The book gave me a sense of direction and ignited the passion within me. It was fun to read and I read it during past time. In every chapter, you get to know every writers insights and their experiences.

It was good, just not what I was expecting - I was hoping that the book was actually written by Les Brown himself. But rather, it is a compilation of accounts of other people saying they had improved their lives (which is good for them) but not actually saying HOW they went about improving their lives. I found it kind of frustrating and didn't actually finish reading it. Good for some, but not for me.

I read self-help books for motivation and inspiration... and this one sure packs a punch! Plenty of stories of resilience, inspiration, and getting there in the end.

Thanks to NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review

This book shares real life experiences, struggles, achievements and lessons from people across various fields. It is encouraging to read about how people overcame their struggles.
It does inspire, however it does not do the work for the reader, at the end of it all, the reader has to take control of their challenges and grow into their own- and that's a good thing.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

Reading motivational books help people to bring a spark in their life. and when such books have real life incidents of people who became successful despite all odds, one understands that no boundaries and limits can stop him from achieving what they wish. Ignite The Hunger In You is one such book that has multiple life stories of people from different walks of life that teach us that anything is possible, we only need that inner hunger, and we will grow despite all odds and circumstances. This is one book that I can come back to often to know about these people and to get inspired.
