Dawson's narrative effortlessly transports readers into a world where magic and reality intertwine, creating an atmosphere of wonder and intrigue. Through vivid descriptions and richly drawn characters, she crafts a compelling storyline that keeps readers eagerly turning pages.

At its core, "Andersen Light" explores themes of self-discovery, friendship, and the power of belief. Lina's journey of uncovering the secrets of the lighthouse mirrors her own personal growth, as she learns to confront her fears and embrace her true identity.

One of the novel's strengths lies in Dawson's ability to blend the ordinary with the extraordinary, infusing everyday occurrences with a sense of magic and wonder. Whether it's the whisper of the sea or the flicker of a candle flame, every detail feels imbued with significance, adding depth and dimension to the story.

With its charming characters, evocative prose, and enchanting setting, it's a book that will linger in the imagination long after the final page is turned.

Proud of Georgie for doing the uncomfortable and saving her family from her stepfather. Being a meta-human is a nice change from the suddenly having magic. Science-fiction seems to be on a rebirth at the moment and this combines the best of both worlds.

Reading Andersen Light is one mind-bending thrill after another. This book is vividly written, transporting me into the author's world where ordinary becomes extraordinary. Discovering who we are is a journey that each person must take, and the author's story takes you on that adventure of a "meta". I don't want to give away to much of the book storyline. But I will say this. Anyone, no matter the age, will find themselves completely absorbed in this book. Highly recommend this book to anyone who looks for a" can't put down " book.
