Tabor's new series doesn't disappoint! It's got a lot of fun and whimsy, and I think kids will really enjoy it! Very much follows the emerging tradition of Mo Willems. It offers some cute introductions to medieval terminology, but I do almost wish there was more attention to those noble roots.

The first thing I noticed about Sir Ladybug was the art style. Everything looks like it was done in color pencil which is a super cool affect. It is adorable and I think my middle schoolers will love it. It was filled with dad jokes and they may not appeal to adults, but kids will enjoy it.

A charming graphic novel about friendship and bravery! Sir Ladybug, along with his trusty sidekicks, always fights to do what's right. Young readers will enjoy this tale of friendship, cake, and knock knock jokes.

This book is ADORABLE. This is a heartwarming book about a Ladybug knight who battles a "giant" bird. This book has a great sense of humor and has lots of little lessons as well. Definitely recommending for my library.

Sir Ladybug is a humble and brave night cheered on by his faithful companions, a rollie pollie herald, and a snail squire. When a caterpillar needs protection from a hungry chickadee, Sir Knight doesn't hesitate to come to the rescue but it will take more than a sword to make a friend out of a foe. Humorous interludes, a couple of good knock knock jokes and a satisfying ending will make this a fun and popular choice for readers from 2nd to 4th grade. Thanks to the publisher for the opportunity to preview this book.
