Great read on the basics of product management, what the role is like, what it does, and how to become one. Great summaries and action items at the end of each chapter, too. Excellent primer.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC.

As a product designer who is interested in the management path I appreciated this book and learned a few new things as well! It's kind of like a one-stop shop for anyone interested in learning more about a career in product management, it has a little something for anyone in this line of work (or if you're just interested in learning more) but especially for those starting off. There are a lot of details for the journey to PM but it's organized and easy to follow. The interview tips section is super helpful and realistic. If you're curious about or wanting to 'pivot' to product management, this is a good starting point.
