#netgalleyarc Loved this book. This is one of the few series I’ve started that after 5 books the stories are still entertaining and attention grabbing. I love the characters from this series and how they’ve grown over time. It’s not a book I’ll purchase for my high school library but a great read none the less.

Strawberried Alive is a good cozy mystery, sprinkled with a good amount of humor. There were several parts that had me laughing out loud. And the reveal. I won't give too much away, but it was definitely not something I saw coming, even though parts of it I had guessed.

The book is #14 in a series, and while it is not necessary to have read any prior books in order to read this one, I think it is better to read the books in order. There are a lot of recurring characters and their personalities have been developed throughout the series. The characters are what makes this series one of my favorites.

Thank you to the publisher and to Net Galley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Absolutely love anything that Jenn McKinlay writes, and this one in the series was fantastic. Funny and charming, and enough intrigue to keep me hooked. Can't wait till the next book in this series.
