There is probably a significant overlap between gamers and comic strip fans, particularly when the strip is web-based. Some of this amused me, some didn't quite make sense, but the strips are pitched to a demographic that might have an intuitive feel for the subject matter, a grasp of the content that I lack. If you want to hold something in your hand rather than read it on a screen, this might be a good investment. I can only give it 3 stars because it failed to speak to me, but YMMV.

Classically funny in that distinct Penny Arcade way, which is equal parts witty intelligent, equal parts crazy. And how they continue to deliver on this experience consistently is part of the charm of this title.
