I’ve been following Kumiko for years. Of course as soon as I knew she wrote a book I had to read it. She really does help you get your finances straight.

Great book - has helped me get my finances manageable. Kumiko gives practical advice for how to manage money and stay debt free.

My Money My Way was an easy read. Kumiko Love shares her journey, and others, journey to financial freedom. I am probably biased, as I’ve followed her for the past year and use her system (a lot of which I was already doing before I stumbled across her) but it just makes sense to me. I have read other financial/budget gurus and I don’t connect to them or agree with their philosophies. Love’s philosophy aligns with my own. I would recommend the book, her website, and youtube.

I have really enjoyed following Kumiko’s journey on social media. Her method of tracking and planning money really works. The part I found most helpful is giving your money a job and saving to spend. This book is going to help a lot of people.

I have read a few budgeting books over the past few years, but this one was the most relevant to my life. No money shaming here! Great tips to help you with your financial journey. Miko is so like able and down to earth. She has free resources on her website that are referenced in the book to help you as you are getting your budget started. Strongly recommend this book and can’t wait to listen to the audiobook as well!

I read through the whole entire book first since I'm one of those type of people who loves to read (this was hard to put down) before going back through and working on the steps. If you look at my bookshelf I have a ton of financial books or even books that what I would consider as financial advisors had recommend you read, I don't think any of them of all that I have ever read, has touched me or made my emotions stir as much as this book has. I know I would recommend this book for others, because it's okay to be like me and make mistakes and had fallen off the bandwagon, because now I know where I'm starting at and can work towards my financial stability of where I want to be versus how I'm starting out as. It'll be a long road, but I know I got this just like I know other's have it as well. I had made excuses back in the day and even up to recently that I didn't have the time to budget since working full time, raising three children and going to school full time, I can't make those excuses anymore and know I need to take the first steps that Miko provided within this book. Even though this is my own journey, I'm also glad that I'm surrounded by other women who are supportive of my journey to Financial Freedom and stability. If you need the first step in your own financial journey then this is the book for you!

Gives the direction and the how to in order to get finances in order! Miko Love provides steps that are doable and beginner friendly.
