Fourteen brilliant seasonal novellas, some are lunchtime reads & others a couple of hours but they are heart warming & in some cases are linked to series by the author. I’ll be dipping into this amazing anthology when I’ve a spare couple of hours or when I’m wanting a quick bedtime read. I’ve read a few & my favourites so far are The Reindeer Romance by Caroline Lee, which is just so very, very good I adore the humour in her books. Twelve Days of Love by Alexa Aston, another author rapidly becoming a must read
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

An anthology of Christmas romance by gifted authors makes this entertaining reading. Whilst all the novella have a Christmas theme, some are lighthearted and funny, whilst others have an element of suspense. Each story can be read in a sitting, some a little shorter than others. I particularly enjoyed those books that were related to series I am familiar with, as well as some of the more unfamiliar writers. I received a copy of this entertaining boxset as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

This is a great collection of 14 novellas all based on Christmas songs. Although I was familiar with some of the authors, it was lovely to get a chance to try out books by unfamiliar authors. All the stories were really enjoyable, with not a bad one in the bunch!

Book #1 of this wonderful holiday collection, by authors that are all outstanding. Each is novella length and can take a reader from 45 mins up to a few hours to read. Each story is based on a well-known Christmas song.
I really liked this book as I was familiar with almost every author in here and had read their series so some of the authors choose to do a little offshoot from their series which was nice to re-visit, and others did new stories.
You just cannot go wrong in getting this collection, it is so very well done. I highly recommend all historical romance readers get both books because you will not be disappointed.
I received an advanced copy in exchange for my review.

Caroline Lee has a wonderful talent for storytelling, this is a perfect example.

If you enjoy Meara’s Book of Love series there’s a chance you’ll remember a street urchin named Perin Marsh.

What would the season be without the love struck Luke St Clair, this is the perfect man, at least that’s my opinion.
Years ago Luke and Caroline his countess adopted a little girl off the streets, Lucy.
Now it’s her wish to look for the boy who took care of her on those streets, but does he want to be found?
Sweet, adorable and beautiful storyline.

I’m not gonna lie and say I got this book for any other reason than Elisa Braden. Her story was so wonderful, it’s insane how she can pack all emotions and feels in 4 chapters but I shouldn’t have doubted this queen of HR.
We have a romance between a gentleman and his secretary, he basically goes after her to Scotland when he realises she might marry someone else.

It’s a great book to get into the holiday spirit

Requested this for Elisa Braden and she delivered! Her stories and characters are simply fantastic.
But I did read the other authors, most go whom I had not heard of but will be looking for now. Like Chasity Bowlin who opens the book and had me hooked with a fun and easy plot that was so enjoyable.

Great anthology, can definitely recommend!

Wondrous collection of holiday romances!

There's a lot packed into this book - fourteen romances in all, and each one is based in some way on a familiar Christmas carol. A whole lot of my favorite authors are participating here, so I knew I was in for a treat.

I love the creative way these stories incorporated the themes and symbolism of the various holiday songs. I really enjoyed each story, and there was quite the variety in the types of stories - some were following up with an established couple, while most were brand-new romances for the main characters.

My favorite was "Once Upon a Midnight Kiss" by Elisa Braden, where Andrew chases after his secretary, Euphemia, when she hints that she's getting married on her trip to Scotland. I loved the dynamic between these two, and the writing style was delightfully frothy and full of fun.

"The Reindeer Romance" by Caroline Lee is perhaps the most hilarious of the set. Neacal is on his way to his wedding, but is delayed by the storm. Marie and her grandmother set out to help him find his way, resulting in an homage to a very unlikely holiday tune and a truly exquisite wedding scene. Nan is one of my favorite characters of all time!

In a more serious story, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Chasity Bowlin details the journey to HEA for Philippa and Thomas, which involves manipulative relatives, a fake engagement, and a treacherous villain. This fast-paced story was intense and deeply romantic.

I loved this entire collection and highly recommend it. It's a terrific way to familiarize yourself with new authors, and I guarantee you'll find more than a few treasures inside. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

This is a collection of Holiday themed short stories that includes characters & supporting characters from series we know and authors we love. It was nice to catch up with old characters and get to know newer ones. With the holiday season approaching, each couple is left with unique trials, family celebrations, and a new year to begin.

Great stories that brought the spirit of love, peace, and harmony. It’s definitely beginning to feel a lot like Christmas 🎄
