This is the second novel in the Ice Planet Barbarians series and should be read in order for the plot to make sense. Liz is fighting for survival with the other girls from the crash on the alien planet when she meets Raahosh. Big scarred Raahosh "resonates" for her so he is determined they be mated. They are well matched sexually but Liz won't let anyone own her. The road to true love is very rocky!

I think that knowing where the relationship between Liz & Raahosh goes over the course of the series & Ice Home helped me enjoy their dynamic way more this time around. I also loved the bonus epilogue! So cute and satisfying for lovers of the series. I love seeing this series get the love it deserves

Thank you NetGalley, Berkley Publishing, and Ruby Dixon for an arc of this in exchange for an honest review! It's hard for me to rate this series because they're not the best books, but they're also very entertaining haha. I really loved the new cover for this one and book one and the extra chapters at the end. I didn't like this one as much as the first one, though, because I wasn't a fan of either of the main characters. I enjoyed Georgie as a main character a lot more than Liz, but that could just be a personal issue. Despite my issues with it, this book was still a fun and entertaining read!

This book is a great followup to the first book. I loved the characters and how flawed both of them were, but they still made it work in the end. I also loved all of the small idioms in English that we take for granted. I am very excited to see what happens next in the series.
