This is a super cute comic. There's a lot of really good themes that teenagers will relate to. I really love the discussion about trying to make everything perfect for other people to the point that it frustrates others.

The fantasy world is really fun - I need a phone buddy like right now, and I love the bakery!

The epilogue fell a little flat to me. It either needed to be longer or to be cut - but I can appreciate Stirling/the publishers wanted a little more closure - and it sets it up nicely for a potential sequel (though I noticed that the webtoon is no longer active)

This was so cute and sweet! It was a great cozy, happy read and the illustrations were delightful! I wish I'd been able to learn more about the magic and how it worked, but this was a sweet, happy read.

A cute little graphic novel that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. I love graphic novels like this and I especially love it when a webcomic gets published on its own! I started reading this webcomic online. It is a cute coming of age story with magic and romance and incredibly adorable artwork. I would read as many of these as the author is willing to write.

This graphic novel was so cute! I loved the illustrations and the romance. I loved the storyline and the magical realism. I loved seeing the journey the characters went on, separately and together. I’m very glad for the epilogue at the end - it wouldn’t have felt like such a happy ending without it.

I have been trying to read more graphics novels. I was excited to read this one because the art on the cover was beautiful and I loved the storyline. The artwork was awesome, I loved the diversity in the artwork and the different shapes and sizes of the characters. The story and the art match and blend perfectly. I loved the storyline Ray was a breath of fresh air. She was so sweet and down to earth. Laurie was the sweetest with a very high people pleaser mentality.

I enjoyed reading and learning about this world and the flying and memories..it made for an interesting story alongside Ray and Laure's love story

I have not read many webcomics but I thoroughly enjoyed ‘Crumbs’ by @whitherling, a sweetYA graphic novel from WEBTOON. Apparently there is still time to teach this old dog new tricks after all!

Ray is a young seer, but her powers are a little different and that makes her uncertain of what she wants to do. Every day she visits a magical bakery, where the enchanted baked goods make the day better. The barista who serves her, Laurie, dreams of making music and taking the stage. As Ray and Laurie try to decide their futures, they also fall in love. Eventually, Ray has to move into the city to be closer to her Council internship, while Laurie experiences frustration and failures as he tries to make a mark on the music scene. Distance creates tension, neither is always 100% honest with the other, and the appropriate chaos ensues. How do you move a relationship forward together when it seems your paths are pulling you apart?

This story is sweet and the comic art is softly beautiful. Hello beautiful, fat female protagonist, love to see it! The story is engaging but doesn’t involve heavy amounts of magical conflict which was refreshing. Ray really wants to make a difference with her gifts but doesn’t know how. Laurie doesn’t want to fail. I loved all the little details, like the outdated magical virtual assistants that both Ray and Laurie have, which never work exactly as expected. Themes of learning from your mistakes, following your dreams, and letting love go if that’s what is best were well integrated. Also, the casual POC/queer rep in this was wonderfully written/illustrated. Ray being bisexual and fat, with those being positive, natural qualities not plot points, is a great model. The Council aspect of the story didn’t get as prominent as I thought it might, and could potentially have been deeper. I loved the magic and the magic world. The story is simple but is a sweet picture of growing up, finding yourself and first love. I can’t wait to recommend this one after it publishes on July 19! Thank you to @clarionbooks & #NetGalley for a copy of #Crumbs in exchange for an honest review.

This is a sweet supernatural story that reminded me a lot in style and tone of Mooncakes. It follows Ray and Laurie, two gifted teenagers trying to follow their dreams in a society full of magic. The at and color palette are beautiful and the story is both sweet and a little serious.

Crumbs felt like several stories trying too hard to fit in one book. Because of this, so many different ideas didn't get the depth they deserved, resulting in a shallow, oh so boring novel that goes on at least 100 pages too long.

This graphic novel was so, so freaking cute. I fell in love instantly with the art style, and the characters are so sweet and cute.

This was a beautifully illustrated YA graphic novel about a girl who is a seer (she can see the future and things that could happen when she touches people). So of course, when a cute boy enters the picture, you know how this is going to go. But it's still a cute story, The illustrations were probably the best part, however.

I loved this one! It was so cute, fast paced, and the characters were so much fun to follow.
A beautifully illustrated graphic novel about discovering who you really are while also finding a little romance..

A cute and charming Webtoon that will now have a physical format. Readers will resonate with the characters, the magical elements, and the harmonization of the color and art style.

A very sweet and heartwarming graphic novel with a magical element that I'm sure will appeal across the age range.

A sweet and charming graphic novel.. The art style lured me but the story and fantasy elements are what kept me captivated.
An endearing tale of first love whilst finding out about who you really are and want to be,
I would highly recommend and will definitley be reading this again.

Cute and sweet, with some really interesting magic. I enjoyed reading this graphic novel - the art lured me in, but I stayed for the story and the characters.
Don't have much more to say - it's an entertaining book, soft and sweet. Recommended by me.

A beautifully illustrated graphic novel about discovering who you really are while also finding a little romance. I enjoyed the fantasy elements and the characters were as sweet as the baked goods in the bakery setting.

This is a lovely graphic novel about first love, in a wonderfully original fantasy setting. It felt very Kiki's Delivery Service, but with a love story. Would recommend!

This graphic novel is an absolute delight from start to finish! Completely original and with artwork which is among some of the best I have seen. Every singe page is perfect and good enough to frame. The magical bakery is sublime.. I want to go! The characters are wonderfully diverse, well rounded and all very likable. I cannot rate this book highly enough. I'd suggest everyone pre-order it asap.

This was a cute YA graphic novel about a seer and a musician who fall in love while trying to figure out what their futures will look like. I really wanted to like this book more than I did but I found it overly long with not enough plot. The romance was cute but nothing spectacular. Not going to be one I recommend unfortunately. Much thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for my advance review copy in exchange for an honest review.
