My MIL sadly recently had stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and so I decided to review this book. It would be a helpful resource for family and friends of loved ones going through this.
Thanks to NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

After his wife was diagnosed and passed on from aggressive cancer, Mr. Cohen penned this book to show the journey he and his wife embarked on to make the inevitable transition from life to death a "smooth river". This isn't a memoir though some will get that idea from the cover, this is more a navigation tool for patients and their family members as they work with medical professionals. The journey is sensitive, inspiring, and of course sad, but giving patients the power to create their last story is admirable and necessary.
