I absolutely loved this one. It’s the perfect Christmas read and I can see myself re-reading it every year about this time.

Hartbridge is your picture perfect small town. The kind of town where romantic Christmas movies are set.

Cass is a local which in a small town like this means everyone knows him. He’s a great guy struggling with guilt from breaking up his marriage. His ex-wife Kendra is lovely and they have two beautiful children. But Cass just couldn’t live a lie any longer.
So he’s bought his great-aunt’s old country manor and is turning it into a B&B. He’s done most of the work keeping himself busy. But he’s lonely and honestly he just doesn’t know how to be gay. Especially not in the town he grew up in. Plus his options are somewhat limited to zero. That is until he hires Jayden a twenty-eight year old chef who’s sick of moving around all the time.
And the rest as they say is history.

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like about this book and therefore it’s gets a very rare 5* from me.

I voluntarily read a review copy kindly provided by the publisher and NetGalley.
