Quite an interesting read about bullying in the workplace. It is very informative a I liked the real life stories. It's sad that this is such a common occurance for a lot of people. This book can help people identify being bullied at work and find the resources to get help.

This was such an interesting and informative book. I wish I had read it 25 years ago. I was bullied in an Australian workplace and left the job. It was a small profession and I was pretty much blacklisted. The boss was a gas-lighter and this even continued after I left. I had to leave the country to find work but have been happily respected and valued here ever since.
The book gives clear definitions of what bullying is and isnt and helps you to identify strategies used by bullies. I loved the tips from people who have been bullied. These rang so true! The one that hit me the most was "Never complain to your co-workers about a bully — they’re not trustworthy even though they might agree with you to your face." And no, never ever trust HR.
