I wanted to love it but the second was just not my cup of tea. Got through they first one fine. It was okay, nothing spectacular but the second was like pulling teeth to finish.

This is a 2 in 1 books where it features 2 sets of stories.

The Rancher’s wedding talked about Jack and Cassie. Cassie and her father is running away from a bad publicity after her mum’s suicide while Jack is trying to get over his ex fiancé’s betrayal. Both Cassie and Jack started off their relationship on bad footing which lead to a friendship and eventually a happy ending

Colorado Cowbody tell the story of Esther who is running away after witnessing the killing of her own mother and ended up at Butch’s ranch. Given her age, Esther is rather naive and was not expose to the real world. Butch took her in, take care and protect her which eventually both of them fall for each other. Butch come across as an ego person which has almost cost him Esther.

This is another great book by Diane Palmer. The two main characters are Cassie and JL. Cassie and her father recently moved to Colorado after the scandal in New York. They were hiding out from the press. She meets JL, who is a rancher and millionaire. They both have some secrets and need to explain to each other. Soon their secrets come out and they declare their love.

A tiny town in Colorado has a couple of engaging romances develop. Each story has a rich person and one not aware of that person's fortune. Wonderful fairy tales. A lovely bit of escapism. Thanks to the publisher for providing a copy via NetGalley.

You can never go wrong with Diana Palmer. This book was two novella books in one. The Rancher’s Wedding and Colorado Cowboy. Both cowboys who find their love in someone they least expect. Both of the stories are set in the same area in Colorado ranch.

I received this ARC through #netgalley and I am voluntarily reviewing this book

The first book is a new story. It was a very sweet story and followed her normal pattern. A young girl who is innocent and falls for the older man. The second book is a rerelease of a book I have already read.

This is two stories in one book -- a sort of series. In the first one a Colorado rancher meets a local waitress that is new in town. She is really a television series writer who s hiding from a scandal involving her father who is a star of a series. Both are trying to avoid publicity and are working in the small ranching community. The second story involves a wildlife rehabilitator that we met in the first story who takes in injured animals and nurses them back to health and reintroduces them to their wilderness environment. He finds a nearly frozen girl in the snow in his front yard. She is running from the person who killed her mother and now wants her inheritance. Both stories are set in the same community in Colorado ranch country. I love the setting, the characters, and this author's way of telling a story. I highly recommend this book for some enjoyable reading time.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

Three previously published novellas in one by a favorite author! How can you possibly go wrong with that?! It's always a pleasure to read any story by Diana Palmer.

New characters and a new town but the same old enjoyable story formula by Diana. The only negative about these stories is that they are novella size not novel size, they would be great as longer stories.

The Rancher’s Wedding
When a tough Colorado rancher who’s in the red meets up with a screenwriter-turned-waitress dogged by scandal, they put their talents—and their hearts—together. But will front page news put a damper on the sparks flying between them?

Colorado Cowboy
Fleeing her mother’s killer, Esther Marist ends up at a rugged stranger’s cabin. A wildlife rehabilitator with a menagerie that includes an elderly wolf, Matthews isn’t the type to turn any creature away. As Esther heals, she realizes how much danger she’s brought to his door—and how far he’ll go to protect her.

I love a good cowboy romance. Strong, sensitive men who are fierce protectors of the ones they love, it's always a good time. I enjoyed both short novels included.

Cassie and JL in The Rancher's Wedding start off strong when Cassie is tricked into picketing inhumane chicken treatment at JL's ranch. Unbeknownst to Cassie, the Denton ranch is a strictly cattle operation. As they grow to know each other and open up, they both fall fast.

Esther and Butch, oh my. On the run from her mothers killer, Esther finds herself on Butch's door step. As they open up to one another, they fall, fast and hard.

Easy reads and strong hunky male leads. What more could you want?

This title included two novellas with alpha heroes full of pride and sweet, innocent heroines in small-town Benton, Colorado. Protective cowboys are a big reason why I read Diana Palmer, and she didn’t disappoint there—especially since they apologized when they were wrong. However, a major plot line in the first story felt too political to me.

Diana Palmer brings us two novellas in one. The first is The Rancher's Wedding. It is the story of Cassie and JL. Cassie and her father have come to Colorado to get away from the scandal surrounding their family. JL is recovering from betrayal and heartbreak. Will they be able to get past their insecurities and open up to each other after all the hurt they felt before? Or will they let it get in the way of their future? The second one is Colorado Cowboy. It is the story of Esther and Butch. We meet Esther running away from her mother's killer and ending up in Colorado at Butch's doorstep. As they get to know each other better, will Esther share enough to keep everyone safe or will he silence cost lives? Will they be open enough to let love in?

Diana Palmer brings us sweet stories with Cassie and Esther and their men. It is always nice to return to Colorado with her and see how everyone is doing since last we met. These books have appeared in other collections so they are not new to those who are Diana Palmer fans. I received an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I would like to thank NetGalley and Kensington Books, Zebra for this privilege.

Diana Palmer has once again wrote some cute romance stories.

The Rancer's Wedding-
JL and Cassie find their happily ever after in this cute story. A misunderstanding and some coffee leads to a friendship and eventually a happily ever after.

Colorado Cowboy-
Esther and Butch get their happy ending after some bumps in the road. These two just fit. I liked this quick story.

I received an arc from NetGalley and this is my honest opinion..
These novellas are about cowboys protective of women that have captured their hearts. Good down to Earth romance and both authors capture your attention throughout these stories.
Great read and both authors I would recommend.

This set includes two novella’s. They are short but wonderful reads. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley.

The Rancher’s Wedding

This is a classic novella by Diana Palmer. It takes place in Colorado. I love the characters. JL is an interesting character. He is an alpha who is used to being in charge. Cassie is very innocent in men’s ways. They’ve both been hurt. This is a quick read that I really enjoyed.

Colorado Cowboy

This is another fast and easy novella to read. I really like Esther. She is very sweet and innocent. Butch is a military vet that lost one arm. He's got a great deal of pride that almost costs him Esther.
