Vincent Panettiere's latest offering, Shared Sorrows, is a superb thriller. Revolving around the life of New Jersey academician, Frank Dio Guardia, who becomes an sudden media hero after saving the life of an archbishop, and Dr. Devitt, the Trauma Care doctor attending to him. The struggles Frank and Devitt go through as their friendship comes to light as they are hounded by paparazzi forms the rest of the plot. The narration is captivating, and I loved reading this book. My thanks to Panettiere, and BookBuzz, for gifting me with a copy of this book.
Shared sorrows by Vincent Panettiere.
A chill in the air and rainy skies took him back to the day his father died decades ago. It was
a memory that each year caused Frank to start counting the days until he reached the milestone
of having spent more time on earth than his dad.
A slow but good read. Good story and characters. Just took my time. 4*.
