I loved All That Fall back in April (thanks for that read). When I seen the opportunity to read the second book to the Emma Lawson Series I had to jump on it.
Under a Broken Sky is book two.

Emma is back and better than ever!
And she is hot on a killers trail when she suspects their is corruption in the state's billion dollar expansion to train travel.
Our killer will do anything to get his illegal million dollar payday.
And his tasks also includes deleting Emma as a threat.
As she gets closer to the creed and deception she soon learns this is alot different than she is originally used to.
Emma gains in on this crazy deadly force and she gets closer its apparent that the killer has his own agenda and its a deadly one.

This was one hell of A story.
Emma is a very engaging and likeable character
We are also introduced to Detective Alibi who I enjoyed as a side character.
All the characters are well developed and realistic.
The dialog flows naturally. And seriously is one of the greatest I've had the pleasure of reading in some time.
Kris Calvin's writing was engaging, the character development superb and the story line held my interest with the twists and turns, and where nothing is as it seems!
From beginning to end the book kept me tied to it.
Highly recommend this amazing story.
