After reading an advance copy of this cookbook, I pre-ordered it because I want to have a physical copy.

I am a fan of Michelle Tam and Nom Nom Paleo. I have her first two cookbooks, cook recipes off of her website (Instant Pot Carnitas is a family favorite), and have watched her do live cooking demonstrations on Facebook.

This cookbook is formatted like her previous two and is gorgeous. The writing is relatable, the cartoons that her husband creates are connected to the content and fun, and the recipes, most importantly, are fantastic. My family of four does not eat paleo regularly. That said, when I make time to meal plan and cook, I go to my Nom Nom cookbooks because the recipes are so nutrient-dense, tasty, and easy to follow. So, if you eat paleo regularly or not, I highly recommend you check out this cookbook. The recipes also include step by step photos that help guide you through the process.

There are several recipes that I am going to try this month, including making my own Magic Mushroom powder ( a spice blend with a dried mushroom base), Crispy Chicken, and the Scallion pancakes. My list is longer- all the recipes look good.

Thank to the publisher and NetGalley for an advance copy in exchange for an honest review.

We don’t follow a Paleo diet but we love Nom Nom Paleo! Their recipes are so flavorful and easy to follow along. There are step by step photos to accompany every recipe. The author even gives you conversion measurements if you use different kosher salt than she does.

Not only are all the pictures beautiful and useful (and plentiful) the illustrations throughout are hilarious and so fun.

This is a terrific cookbook for any level home cook. I plan on giving this to my teenager to get her more in the kitchen.

I adored the last Nom Nom Paleo cookbook I read and look forward to seeing this one in print, but I was not able to read most of the recipes. I’m sad for me, but can tell this has some great recipe ideas and I’m glad it continues their wit and wisdom. I was happy to see more of the comics as well!

This paleo cookbook has step-by-step photographs showing you how to make a variety of dishes. The humor and comics are a nice touch. Recipes are clearly marked as keto-friendly, vegetarian, egg-free, etc. and provide nutritional information.

I've been a fan of Michelle Tam for many years and follow her YouTube and FB pages. This book was wonderful like so many of her other cookbooks. The photography is stunning and I love the step by step photos for the recipes. The comics of her family are such a fun addition and make it enjoyable to read. Another great cookbook from this author!

I have Food For Humans and Ready or Not, which have gotten a lot of use since I have some food allergies so I eat a Paleo-ish diet. (I don't eat eggs but I do eat legumes and gluten-free grains.) I preordered this book (on Independent Book Store Day), but when I saw it on netgalley, I was excited for the preview and it did not disappoint.

If you have the previous books, you'll recognize the style: lots of step by step photos, snarky cute cartoons, and mouthwatering photography. There are some repeat recipes here since they are used in other recipes. If you're not already making the All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce, this book is worth the price of admission for that alone. The step by step process for spatchcocked chicken and all the tips and tricks throughout are also worthwhile for anyone wanting to learn a little more in the kitchen. I like that she gives options for slow cooker, pressure cooker, and air fryer methods in many cases. And there's even some sweets in this!

Some of our favorite dishes come from the earlier Nom Nom Paleo cookbooks, so I was excited to see this new addition to the series. The dishes look amazing and i love how so many of the are paleo adaptations of popular Oreintal dishes.

If you know these books, you'll be glad to know the step-by-step illustrations are still there. If you are new to Nom Nom, you'll be happy to know that you can give this book to a brand-new cook '7 they can be making delicious dishes right away.

You'll love this book!

Full disclosure, I am a big NomNom fan and own her other books and have preordered this one. I am not paleo but use her recipes often. Love the humor, comics and photos.

I received this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Now this is a love letter to Michelle Tam, I started reading her blog when she was a pill pusher who would blog about doing crossfit in her garage and eating these frozen coconut milk chunks (Btw, I was influenced enough to research about crossfit and also buy my own coconut milk chunks to eat as desserts ). I made cracklin chicken countless number of times, in both stove top, and air fryer. When I had a chance to read her latest cookbook, I was delighted!

It's such a great cookbook, and I learned a lot of little tips from following her recipes.

Here's my feedback for some of the recipes I've tried:

Japanese Potato Salad: very simple and delicious, good tip about marinating then squeezing out liquids in the cucumber slices.

Smashed cucumber and carrot salad: easy and refreshing

Ramen Eggs: I love these, perfect for ramen or on top of a bowl of rice

Chicken velvet and spinach soup : Ahhh, I love this soup, I didn't have a food processor so I used minced chicken, sitll came out very nice.

Chicken Tikka Masala came out very delicious, must use tomato puree and not fresh tomatoes.

Greek chicken and potatoes: thanks for teaching us how to spatchcocking a chicken in step by step photograph.

Chicken and scallion sauce: My chicken breast was too dry, but that's because I used boneless skinless chicken breast. I will make this again in the future with bone- in, skinned chicken breasts.

Mooshu Pork- is there any recipes that cannot be cooked with the all purpose stir- fry sauce? Memorize that recipe and you're set for all stir- frys.

Eye- Opener smoothie: I don't have collagen peptides, so I omitted that. Who would have thought coffee and banana go so well together!

Thanks Michelle and Henry, for such a well- written, well- photographed cook book once again.

This is a delightful paleo cookbook with step-by-step photographs showing you how to make a variety of delicious Asian dishes. I appreciate that Tam tells you which ones are keto-friendly, vegetarian, egg-free, etc. and now also gives the reader nutritional information. The recipes look and sound utterly delicious. I am totally making paleo wontons soon, and there are a number of other recipes I bookmarked to try.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.

I’m a long-time fan of Ms. Tam and was excited to read this as I’ve recently cut out meat and wanted to read her plant-based recipes. Because of the digital edition PDF (an absolutely horrible experience), unfortunately, I was not able to read the vast majority of the book. However, I was able to read and try a (very) few recipes (two standouts were her Cashew Cheese Sauce and her Sunbutter Hoisin Sauce) and was extremely pleased with the results. I also loved the way the recipes were illustrated. While I can’t enjoy the vast majority of the book provided by Net Galley, what I was able to experience has inspired me to purchase a copy when it becomes available.

[NOTE: because I was able to only access a few recipes, I do not feel comfortable sharing this review externally]

A great addition to the Paleo Cookbook shelf. The recipes are tasty and not as complex as you would think. A fun and yummy cookbook.

This is not the first book I've read in the Nom Nom series and I liked it as much as the first one, which was more innovative. As usual, the problem of the difference between U.S. and European weights and measures is solved by the conversion table at the end of the book, which you can not do without.
The photos are as usual extremely clear and follow the steps for the preparation one by one, practically even I who do not know where to start can feel very "safe".

I received from the Publisher a complimentary digital advanced review copy of the book in exchange for a honest review.

I received a copy of this book through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is a great recipe book, even for those of us who aren't paleo!

There's a variety of recipes with pictures for each. There's a lot of vegan/paleo nut based cheeses and lots of interesting recipes. There are also cute comics throughout the book. I appreciate that a lot of the recipes have pictures of each step to show you how to make them. Some of the recipes are a bit intensive so having that extra help is useful.

Overall a good cook book!

Thank you to NetGalley, the author, and the publisher for giving me the opportunity to review this book. I have followed Nom Nom Paleo for several years now. I love how Michelle Tam explains how to use certain ingredients. The pictures throughout are gorgeous. Highly recommend adding this to your cookbook library!

Alas! I thought I was grabbling a NetGalley Shelf document. I can't read protected PDF's (I've tried, they just don't work for me). If this book becomes available as a .mobi or in the Shelf app, I would be delighted to read and review it.
