I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This was a cute sweet funny charming read… I loved every moment of it. I didn’t realize there’s a whole series of hideaway Habor books, but they can all be read as stand alone books… I enjoyed this so much I am going backwards and reading the rest.

Lillian is a Lifestyle mogul. She invented a TV show and whole product line to support it. She's a behind the scenes workaholic. Until everything goes off the rails and she's forced by her sister, Erin, to take some time off. Erin provides her a small cottage in Blink, Maine. Population: Tiny and getting tinier.

The small town of Blink is a tight knit group. Lillian comes to town and immediately, Caleb, the local protector of good people is put on alert. He loves this town and its people and doesn't like Lillian waltzing in. There is heat between them from their first meeting until the end.

This book is as much about Lillian and Caleb figuring things out as well as a big city corporate workaholic loving the feeling of knowing everyone and being helpful.

I don't know why, but this book was not a fast page turner for me. It was a solid book that I enjoyed, but I did not tear through the pages. Maybe I couldn't relate to the characters enough. This book kept getting pushed off for others because I didn't have a burning desire to finish it. I really can't put my finger on why it wasn't a page turner for me. because it wasn't a bad book.

Thank you for the NetGalley eArc.

A five-star read that is absolutely perfect. This is part of A hideaway harbour series, and I am so excited to hear more from Blink, as it just sounds perfect, or at least it will be once Lillian gets done with it. This story will whisk you into it, you will be willing everyone of Blink on, wanting to help with the organisation and really hoping that a certain celebrity will wind it in, but you will have to read to find out. This story is focused on Caleb and Lillian, but there are so many amazing characters in this story that will just keep you hooked, I am so excited to come back to Blink and find out what will happen next. This little town, has such a big heart, and it feels like we have only just touched the surface, but my goodness what a surface this hideaway harbour has.

I requested to read and review this book for free from Entangled Publishing. This book has humor, suspense, mystery and romance. What a great combination. Meet the residents of Blink. They can be your best friends and worst enemies. Can Caleb and Lilian let there judgements of each other drop and be friendly? Can being different be a good thing? Can you truly see what is in front of you? This book is for a mature reader and can be read anywhere.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an arc. This was the first Marissa Clarke book that I have ever read and it won't be my last. What a wonderful romance! I want to move to Blink, Maine. Lillian and Caleb are a wonderful couple and their romance was delightful. A fun read.

The characters make this book come alive! They all felt so real. I enjoyed watching Lillian, Caleb, and Niles all change as the story developed. I would love to read a sequel with the same characters.

This book was sent to me electronically for review by Netgalley. It is a quick fun read. The characters are so likable, and the setting is enchanting in that it is a small town atmosphere. Although the story begins in the city, it ends up in this town...the author has woven a sweet story of caring and kindness...determination with a work ethic that is amazing. I look forward to more books by this author.

A cute story, interesting characters (Loved Caleb and Lilian, Roger, Beth, Amanda, Cassidy and everyone else in Blink!).. Hope we get to read more books in this series (if it's a series).

"You okay?" he asked. No. She wasn't okay. She was imagining kissing him. Grumpy Guy, for goodness' sake.

Caleb Wright was definitely grumpy. And suspicious. Lillian came to Blink, Maine to get away from work issues. Big work issues. Now she's in this tiny town with very interesting people. She's never known life could be this slow paced. She never knew she could fall in love with such a place.

Lillian not only falls in love with the town, but with grumpy guy. Her life is about to be turned completely upside down. Can she really slow her life down and be happy?

Great story

What a wonderful book. I liked Lillian from the moment I started reading. Lillian is a stressed, all work and no play woman who runs a lifestyle empire. When video of her lifestyle guru goes viral Lillian decides she needs to get away and goes to her sister’s cabin in a small town in Maine. When Lillian arrives in tiny Blink, Maine she meets pretty much the whole town at the diner. Of course one is an attractive guy who does not seem happy to have her in his town. Caleb feels protective of his small town because of how a past relationship went for him. Caleb finds himself attracted to Lillian but questions her reasoning for being in town, so he takes it upon himself to keep a close eye on her. It doesn’t take long for Caleb to realize Lillian is who she says she is and has no ulterior motives. Lillian realizes not long after getting into Blink that she finally has people she can call friends and that her life does not revolve around work. And that she is actually happy in Blink and wants to be with Caleb for as long as she is in town. But she always knew she had to go back to the city and her job even though it gets harder and harder to do the longer she stays. They both need to decide how much they want to be together and whether they can find a compromise that can work for both of them.
I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship between Lillian and Caleb- from the dislike when they first meet to when they finally admit their attraction to each other. I loved all the people in the town of Blink and they all made the story enjoyable.

I loved this book! Lillian works constantly, so when her life implodes on live tv, she needs to get away. When she escapes to Blink, Maine, she feels a bit like she entered the twilight zone. When reality crashes back into her life, she is adrift and feels pulled in different directions with no idea what to do....and she always knows what to do. I loved her character - despite her always functioning in hyperdrive - she is caring and engaging.

Caleb is the local hunk with a chip on his shoulder that doesn't trust women - however he is a very likable character with a compelling reason for his behavior. Together, they pulled me into their story and care about them getting a HEA ending.

This book has it all - a romance, humor, drama, and a bit of angst. If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. The author is on my must read authors' list.

This book pulled me in and and I enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend this book at a 4 star rating. It's funny, sweet, and a great distraction from the world. It's a small town romance. She's from NY and he lives in Blink population almost extinct. You get to meet a bunch of funny and quirky characters. I sincerely hope this is the beginning of a series.

Accidentally perfect was a great and well-written read that is driven by the characters in it.

I enjoyed the alternating POV between Lillian and Caleb and loved them as characters. It was easy to see that
they were attracted to each other.

I found Lillian a wee bit flighty at times, but she was also highly driven and smart.

This would be a great and enjoyable book for any book club

This was such a great read! Perfect for the library of book clubs. We feel this will be a very popular title here. Reads almost like a movie. Loved the big city to small town vibe. Characters were great also! Will definitely be in the lookout for more from this author
