I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. This was a pretty well-written self-development title.

A useful book for planning and reflecting on your version of success and how to get there. Understanding why you do the things you do and why things are important to you. Thanks to NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review

Short and to the point personal development book. The main focus is finding your purpose or your WHY that can drive you through life and fulfill a big idea. I do agree that having a purpose in life definitely helps to wake up every morning and follow the path to success. The book has exercises at the end of each chapter that can help to practice learning points.

This book has some good ideas and points. The exercises are good, though demanding, which I suppose shouldn't be too surprising. If you want results, you need to be ready to put in some work. The book though is not very compelling or inspiring. The stories aren't told very well. The author at times seems a little full of himself, but I'm willing to look past that. It's not the worst self-help book I've read, but neither is it one of the best. I'd not recommend this book, but I wouldn't say it's a waste of time either.
