Another fabulous wholesome holiday romance by Pamela Kelley, who I might add is quickly becoming one of my go-to authors. A fast read, a smidge over 3 audio hours. I could not put this down. I had to know how it would turn out. You always want that happy ending, and this author always builds to an excellent finale. Excellent narration by Leslie Howard.

Jingle Bell Jam whisked me away to a mountainside ski resort during the holidays. I listened to the audio book and I loved the warm, inviting narrator. A short, cute greeting card movie type of novella with lots of holiday cheer, it is perfect to listen to while you bake those holiday cookies!

Thank you to @netgalley and @dreamscape_media for the ARC audiobook of Jingle Bell Jam in exchange for an Honest review!

This was a cute story , but nothing groundbreaking. It felt like it was written for a cheesy Hallmark movie … but don’t get me wrong- I love the cheese ! This just seemed too much.

There were too many characters that didn’t really add to the main plot, that at some points it got distracting trying to keep up- at one point a lady was talking about mysterious little fairies speaking to her? Sounded a bit looney.

Things between Brian and Melanie started off strong and then rapidly got serious… I was hoping their relationship would hit some sort of snafu that they could work through to make it feel a little more real and a little less convenient , but it’s the holidays so I can see why the author chose to avoid any conflict.

I loved the small town vibes though, it was really sweet seeing the town come together to help prepare meals for people in need.

I appreciated the reminder that your weight has nothing to do with how much you are or can be loved. So yes it was a cute little fluff book that wasn’t bad, it just felt a little boring. As for the audiobook itself, no offence to the narrator but I found it hard to get into the story. It felt like there was a lack of emotion.

Overall I’d give this book a 2.5 ⭐️ but at 170 pages it’s the perfect short sweet story to get you into the holiday spirit !

REVIEW: ⭐⭐⭐💫
3.5/ 5.0
GENRE: Romance/ Holiday

Thank you to #netgalley and #pipingploverpress for the opportunity to review this novel. It was a sweet holiday romance with all the markings of a Hallmark movie. Great if you want to relax, unwind, and clear your mind around the holidays. I gave it a 3.5 star rating because I didn't feel as connected to these characters as I would have liked, but a positive, uplifting holiday read.

This was a cute fun read for me. Some parts were over done in terms of how much they focused on it but overall I enjoyed it and it put me into a Christmas mood.

Relaxing good read. Enjoyable. The story was very predictable. Good narrator. Appreciated that there wasn’t any bad language in book. Book did hold your interest. Will look for more by this author.

This was a great quick light hearted Christmassy romance! I listened to the audiobook while I was wrapping gifts and it's perfect for when you're not wanting anything too deep. I believe it may be part of a series but it's definitely fine as a stand alone.

Narrator, Leslie Howard
Loved it, it was just too short. Cute, sweet, Christmasy and romantic.
Excellent narrator who has done several other audiobooks by this author.

What a sweet fun read. Perfect for the hectic holiday season.. The characters were great. My only complaint would be too many female characters with names that start with M, you had to think about which was which

This was a quick fun holiday romance. The premise was cute and there were some good tropes like forced proximity. I didn't find the main character to have a ton of chemistry, and the conflict was fairly predictable, but it was still really cute and an easy read for the holidays.

Thank you to Piping Plover Press for the audio Arc in exchange for an honest review.

Jingle Bell Jam is feel good read book for the holiday season or anytime you want to escape from the real world. I listened to an E- book audio copy from NetGalley and the publisher for the first time and I think I am hooked on audio books because it allows the reader to rest their eyes and sip a cup of tea 🫖 or coffee ☕️ and be told a story. The narrator of this book does a wonderful job telling Pamela Kelley’s story and I did not stop listening to it until it was completed. It can be described as a fairytale story and we definitely need more of these stories in our crazy world these days. Bravo Pamela and thank you for a wonderful afternoon. Storybook for Adults should be a new category in the audio book series. 👏🇨🇦🥰🤗🫖☕️💐

Jingle Bell Jam by Pamela Kelley is a sweet holiday romance and I loved it so much!! This standalone romance is part of the River's End Ranch series set in Riston, Idaho. I had not read any of the previous books before and was able to easily read this. Since this whole series appears to be on Kindle Unlimited (or at least most of it!), I will be diving in so I can get to know the town and its residents better.

I truly loved this book! The setting was perfect and I loved that it was Christmas time! I loved the interaction between all of the characters. The romance was wonderful and sweet. This book made me feel all the feels, especially warmth and hope!

I loved the narration by Leslie Howard. She brought something special to this book!

I highly recommend reading Jingle Bell Jam if you are looking for a sweet romance!

It's short. It's sweet. It is the perfect feel good holiday read. I absolutely loved it as an audiobook, and I could listen to it in one sitting. There was not a ton of background or depth to the characters, but I didn't expect there to be. I enjoyed the direct, to the point story telling that Pamela Kelley accomplishes in the book. I highly recommend listening to this one while driving around looking at Christmas lights or decorating your home for the holiday!

Thank you to NetGalley and Piper Plover Press for the listen for an honest review. Very quick and easy listen.
I have to say first the cover is beautiful!
This was a very quick listen. Didn't realize it was a Novella but still a very enjoyable listen. The characters were likable but since it wasn't a very long story not much to the character development.
The narrator did a decent job narrating the story and giving each character a voice.

A quick and light read for the holiday season. Bryan hurt his back and Melanie was a personal trainer at the fitness center on the ranch. Melanie had moved to town from Boston, where her sister lived. They end up being clients to each other Bryan as a designer for Melanie's house and Melanie Bryan's personal trainer. An easy read with a bit of drama and excitement around the snow storm. Pamela's characters and scenery come alive bringing the story alive.

Thanks to the author, netgalley and publisher for the opportunity to review this book.

I have received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Jingle Bell Jam was a pretty cute audio to dive into. It definitely got me into the holiday spirit. It also introduced me to Bryan and Melanie. They were both adorable throughout this and I could help being in awe of the holiday magic working between them either.

Of course, not everything can be simple because his ex is determined to worm her way in between them. Luckily for them, it doesn't really do anything because they just end up getting closer to one another. Eventually sparks fly and a romance is born.

Honestly, this was pretty cute, and I could totally see it being a Hallmark movie in the near future. The characters were easy to like and get along with. The drama was predictable but made the overall romance a bit stronger in my opinion. Plus, the holiday spirit just put me in a good mood.

The one thing that would make it better is having snow falling outside right now. Since it's not, I guess I will just have to end this with being happy to get the chance to dive into it. I hope Pamela writes another holiday book stat!
