Riverbend Reunion is a heartwarming story about friendship and new beginnings. Carolyn Brown shines her spotlight on small town living, small town prejudices and small minds as longtime friends decide to repurpose an abandoned church into a bar and grill. Each main character is dealing with their own personal problems, but find needed support is never lacking whether in private or public. The instances of public support are especially endearing as their “All for one” philosophy often butts heads with the critical elements of Riverbend. This reader loved everything about this story, and voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book from NetGalley. Most highly recommend.
