3-Minute Devotions for an Anxious Heart by Linda Hang is phenomenal devotional for your quiet time. As someone who deals with anxiety, I found these devotions to be encouraging during my devotion time. Each devotion entry has a corresponding Bible verse and thoughts on the entry’s title. I believe this book would be perfect for any devotion time or to keep close by any time you need encouragement. Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for the opportunity to read this book. My review is also on Goodreads.

The 3- Minute Devotions for an Anxious Heart came into my life when I needed it the most. I have read other devotionals in the past but have connected to this one the most.
It really is a quick three minute read but it is a very impactful three minutes. I feel her connection between the scripture and how to implement it in life is perfect every time. It asks questions, so that if you are a person who likes to journal with your devotional it gives many opportunities for that.
I also love the format - it gives the scripture, the take away/ implementation in life and then a prayer to go along with it.
This is also not a devotional I will read once and move on- I have highlighted and gone back to already certain passages that I feel help for certain days or feelings.
I highly recommend this book, I feel anyone who finds themselves anxious or worried in life could get much from read this.

In the times we live in we are surrounded by situations that can cause us to fear and doubt God's protection.

The scriptures are a great reminder that God is with us through it all. He has promised to never leave us or forsake us.
