How do you become a transformational leader?
The steps to making positive change as an entrepreneur or leader in the corporate world are spelled out here. Hoque speaks about emotional intelligence being one of the keys to transformational leadership. Transactional leadership and relationships in workplaces are bad for the bottom line. Very highly recommend this insightful and inspirational book that will have you think about your work life from a new perspective.

“Lift: Fostering the Leader in You Amid Revolutionary Global Change” is a great book to read for every leader/manager out there, whether acting or to be. Through his book, Faisal Hoque captures the essence of what it means to be a transformational leader in a world which continuously keeps to reinvent itself and what it takes to stay relevant.

The topic covered range from those connected with hard skills, such as Industry 4.0 technologies and STEM education, all the way to more soft skills aptitudes needed for a 21st century leader, such as: the ability to deliver presentations, interpersonal relationship building, and people-oriented skills.
