Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC of this book.

This was a cute novella. I liked the characters and wish the book had been a bit longer so they could be developed more. A very quick enjoyable read.

OMG THIS IS THE CUTEST ROMANCE I'VE EVER READ. So sweet, romantic, adorable and simple romance. Short, but full of feelings ❤️ I'm definitely going to read more of this author.

This sounded right up my alley and I was all in for romance. But I sadly dnf at just a bit over 20%. Amara was sweet (though maybe dumb that she had no security), loved the arcade (wish we had those here). But Valentino??? I just wanted to kick him in the nuts. I am sorry but I am done with cold dudes with entitlement so high they could fill the world. F off. I am done with romance novels that feature such a dude.

This was a light, predictable romance. If you want to escape into a book with a happily ever after ending this is it. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.

Amara owns the gaming arcade in the local shopping mall, next door is the Jewellery store, owned by Valentino Rossi.

When the jewellery store is robbed, a neighbourhood watch is created, for that evening, to patrol the store at night and make sure nothing else is taken. Amara and Valentino, who have no time for one another are on watch together, but this evening of keeping the stores safe may lead to feelings changing,

This is a really sweet novel, nothing cheesy about it! Which I really enjoyed. Amara and Valentino were genuine characters and the plotline was realistic. I haven't got a bad word to say about this lovely novella, and it's also made me want jewellery for Valentine's day!

This is part of a series that I shall definitely be adding to my list of TBR.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a very nice read.
The characters I honestly didn't connect with.
But overall the story was well written and nicely done.
The writing was great, Sarah certainly knows how to grab your attention from the start and draws you into the story.
It's heartwarming and sweet, full of greatness and great characters.

Publisher,

Very quick and cute read, but did not come off as cheesy at all to me. I had a lot of fun with this one. Mara and Val have to work together when Val’s jewelry store is robbed, and they obviously end up having chemistry. The banter between them was adorable, and I was happy with what happened in the epilogue. Perfect little read to get you in the mood for Valentines Day.

1. What was your favorite part of the book?
My favorite part was when Mara and Val fought off the raccoon together, I thought that was hilarious.

2. What was your least favorite?
I would say how quickly the romance progressed and how mister Casanova instantly knew he wanted to be with Mara in a serious way.

3. Did you race to the end, or was it more of a slow burn?
Race to the end for sure.

4. Which scene has stuck with you the most?
When Carlos confessed who stole the jewelry.

5. What did you think of the writing? Are there any standout sentences?
I liked the writing, but I didn’t find anything that stood out too much to me. Though I did mark one sentence between Nall and Mara which was “Amara let out a sigh. ‘Please tell me again why I don't want a date on Valentine's Day.’ ‘Because you insist on being straight, and men are absolute garbage,’” I got a good laugh out of that.

6. Did you reread any passages? If so, which ones?
No, I didn’t.

7. Would you want to read another book by this author?
Maybe? Though I don’t think I’d read any of her short stories.

8. Did reading the book impact your mood? If yes, how so?
I mean, it did make me laugh here and there, but what was it.

9. What surprised you most about the book?
It did have some good moments.

10. How did your opinion of the book change as you read it?
It really didn’t change.

11. If you could ask the author anything, what would it be?
NA

12. How does the book's title work in relation to the book's contents? If you could give the book a new title, what would it be?
It’s a play off “All you need is love”, but all replaced with mall because where this story mainly takes place. It’s also a romance so it’s fitting.

13. Is this book overrated or underrated?
If this book does blow up, I think it would be overrated.

14. Did this book remind you of any other books?
It would remind me of a lot of other cliche romances to be honest.

15. How did it impact you? Do you think you'll remember it in a few months or years?
It really didn’t. I liked the title, but that would be it. Maybe I’ll think of the raccoon scene here and there.

16. Would you ever consider re-reading it? Why or why not?
No, I wouldn’t. It’s too predictable and cheesy. Once was enough.

17. Who do you most want to read this book?
I don’t really know.

18. Are there lingering questions from the book you're still thinking about?
What exactly made Val fall for Mara, what separated her from the others and vice versa. Why did Mara fall for him when she knew his representation? I feel like this story really could’ve been great if it was longer. It has the potential, but it being only 93 pages, it really falls short.

19. Did the book strike you as original?
I’m sorry, but no. The mall place was a nice touch, but it was very cliche and predictable.

This is a cute and cheesy love novella perfect for the upcoming Valentine’s Day season. It is about a retro arcade owner and a jewelry store owner who hates each other even though they never met. Amara and Valentino finally met after a robbery at Valentino’s store. Everything changes for them after a night patrolling the mall.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a little predictable and short but I loved Amara and Valentino’s story. If you’re looking for a quick fun enemies to lovers romance, this is the book for you!

Thank you to both NetGallery and to Season Publishing for giving me an advance copy for my honest review.

THIS BOOK IS SO CUTE
so this is a short little novella about Amara, owner of an arcade, and Valentino, owner of a jewelry shop. They kinda hate each other even if they've never met. But when a robbery happens everything changes.

I did enjoy it, it was quick, funny, and mysterious. But I would have loved more it if we saw more of the characters, like the build-up of their love and story. But overall this book is cute and an easy read.

I liked the duel perspective and the setting in an arcade/mall
It was a cute read, it is a novella so things do develop quickly, that being said this could have done with a few more pages of relationship development, or solving the robbery, and it wouldn’t have felt so insta love, and convenient.

If you want a cute fast paced enemies to lovers story
This is the novella for you.

I instantly fell in love with Mara and Val’s story, it was cute, funny, loving.

This Novella is romantic. There’s no spice and I think it’s perfectly romantic without it.

Thank you to NetGalley and Author Collective 20 for this eARC of 'Mall You Need is Love' by Sarah Robinson.

I felt like this was very rushed, and the story was complete before the actual ebook had got to 65%. I know that it is a standalone but the rushed pacing and minimal romance was odd to me. The content was good but was lacking.

Super quick Valentines Day holiday novella between a realistic arcade owner and a romantic jewelry store owner. Mara is the arcade owner and Valentino’s jewelry store is next door to hers at the mall and they officially meet when his store is robbed a few days before Valentine’s Day. They spend the following night together patrolling the mall and getting to know each other. They both find each other attractive but their opposite personalities might prevent them from going anywhere farther than next door store owners.

If you love Valentine’s Day, grumpy/sunshine trope and insta love this novella is definitely for you!

Thank you publishers and @netgalley for this eARC in exchange for my honest feedback!

I can relate to Amara since I despise Valentine’s Day. I liked thst she opened a retro arcade shop. This is a cute short novella. It’s full of kitsch with one character’s last name of Hart and the love interest’s first name of Valentino. I would change my mind about V day if I had hunky Val next door. Very suitable for the February love fest season.

This is a very quick and easy read. If you want something cute and cheesy, then this book is for you.

Amara Hart is the owner of a mall arcade. When the electricity goes out at work, she goes to the back room to find the circuit breaker. When the power is restored, Amara notices that the back door was open when she entered, rather than locked as it should have been. She questioned as to whether or not her employees had forgotten to lock the doors, but they replied that they had not.

The cops came into the arcade the same day to check if she knew anything or had seen anything about the robbery next door. Valentino Rossi, the owner of Kisses and Karats Jewelry, is her next-door neighbor and wants to speak with her about his robbery. Until that day, the two had never met in person, but Valentino had always contacted her to tell her when the arcade was too noisy for him.

The police suggested that they create a neighborhood watch, and the two of them were the first to sign up. They began doing the neighbor watched the same night and have continued to discover more about each other since then.
