I LOVED the first book in this series and KMod is the QUEEN on giving you whiplash! I was so excited for the sequel, but it just felt like a very forced filler book personally

This sequel to the equally demented The Arrangement, is another dose of crazy from Kiersten Modglin. Peter and Ainsley’s disturbing relationship becomes even more psychotic as their lives slowly begin to unravel. This fast paced thriller is twisted, over the top and utterly entertaining. The narration adds an element of dread and suspense. The final twist was startling and unforeseen. I am anxiously anticipating the next installment of this shocking thrill ride. This was a surprise. Going in I didn't really see a need for this book to be a duet..boy was I mistaken. The book ends and still lrsved you wondering what you walked into. This is a very interesting domestic thriller . It's like dexter in a way but also trying to understand the inner workings of a marriage. Real cat and mouse game. Loved it

This is my second Kiersten Modglin book and it 100% did NOT disappoint! Unfortunately, I did not read the first book in this series so some of the first one was spoiled for me. If you haven’t read The Arrangement, go back and read this first! Kiersten is the queen at constructing such a beautiful plot line and then ripping it apart right in front of you. The twists and turns are unexpected and I don’t usually get tricked in thrillers so this is saying something!

I listened to The Amendment on audio and it was such a wild ride. This audiobook has dual narration and it was absolutely perfect!

I loved that this audiobook was told by two narrators from both perspectives. I LOVED The Arrangement so I was immediately invested in the characters going into book two! This was a super fast, enjoyable ride!

Interesting but not really my cup of tea. Well written I just personally couldn’t get into the story. A husband and a wife. A arrangement. And this is the conclusion to the original story. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This was a husband-and-wife twist on the Dexter series. Even though I didn't read the first book, I felt like I understood what was happening, but it felt a little predictable to me. I listened to this book as an audiobook, and it was actually a very quick read. If you like this type of book, you might be entertained by the quirkiness.

Like all of Kiersten's books you never know what to expect!

Not as good as The Arrangement, but still will lock you in. This couple is absolutely insane and i'm here for every page. I love the ending and am praying that means we will get a book 3!! Loved the narrator too! She has a way of keeping you engaged even through some of the slower parts.

Another fantastic, thrilling and chilling read by Kiersten Modglin. This sequel to the Arrangement was even better than I could’ve hoped for. And of course the ending was amazing! A great-quick 5 star read!

Sigh. I really enjoyed The Arrangement, the first book in this series. I thought the concept was unique, the dialogue was engaging and the twists and turns were amazing. Fast forward to the Arrangement and I really felt like the author was just writing her stream of consciousness - whatever popped into her head. It felt like she wrote the entire book over the weekend.

Were there some exciting twists? Sure...which is why the book gets two stars. But so much of this book is corny dialogue that it felt like a bad Dexter episode. In fact, this book takes on the Dexter vibe way too much; Dexter has already been done and it was done much better.

Read this book only if you have read The Arrangement (which I actually do recommend). This book continues the story of Peter and Ainsley. Except, while in the Arrangement they sort of become killers in a "whoops" way, this time, it is much more calculated and sinister. Again, think Dexter with bad dialogue.

I would say that it is a short read and so if you did read the Arrangement and are curious how Peter and Ainsley's story continues, then pick this one up.

I did listen to this book on audio and the narrators were the same ones from the Arrangement. They did a great job.

I was excited to jump right in to The Amendment after The Arrangement ended on such a twist! This book was definitely mind bending. The slide between right and wrong and good and evil was a very short track. I never quite knew what was going to happen next. I enjoyed the fact that the book started right back into the story and I was able to read the whole book in a short time. The twists made the book unput downable! I will not soon forget this story of a couple trying to fix their marriage and in the meantime upsetting their lives and the lives of people around them.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I had not read the first two in the series, but they are now at the top of my TBR list. I enjoyed getting to know all of the characters. This pageturner was beautifully written with notes of heartbreak as well as moments of humor. I can't wait to start the other two.

Loved this book. Enjoyed the narrators and the story. So may twists. Never would have expected so many. Really enjoyed this. Happy to find a new author I love. Hoping for book 3 coming soon, but will look for the authors previous books in the meantime. Thanks for the opportunity to review and find a newfound loved author.

I deff liked the first book better but I enjoyed the content of this book better. I wish it was more detailed becuase I wanted to know more! It always left me hanging... I really really enjoy this story and the different story lines that intertwine.

WHOA! What the what just happened? Kiersten Modglin has delivered yet another breathtaking thrill ride. This one started at a slower summer than The Arrangement, but all I can say is reader, buckle up and hold on! You are in for some crazy surprises, spills, and chills.

A word of caution: if you thought The Arrangement was dark, as they say, you ain’t seen nothing yet. This gets darker than dark. Frankly, it’s sickening in parts, and startling, and really scary.

WOW what a follow up to The Arrangement! This is incredibly captivating and just as good as its predecessor. Kiersten Modglin is quickly moving up my list of favorite authors with insanely good character development in her thrillers and her ability to completely shock you at the end every time. My jaw dropped at the ending and gives me hope we'll see another in this series!! This is my favorite thriller series I've ever read, hands down. 9.5/10
