The Long Game(first 3 chapters): ohhhh how I’ve missed these men! The first three chapters filled my heart with so much joy and love. Reading the first couple chapters I can tell the boys are going to go through it. BUT I know in the end it’s them against anything. I seriously can’t wait for the full book.

The Long game by Rachel Reid:
The hype for Ilya and Shane is real!!!!
I love them. They're my favorites and ugh go back to their story is everything I need!
First three chapters and I can't wait for more.
The second book by Cait Nary... can't wait for February 1st to read it fully because this teaser was fantastic.

I would literally sell my arms for both of these books. The Long Game excerpt definitely seems like it will live up to its hype. Cait Nary’s book is equally as exciting and I love the bisexual rep!

YAY HOCKEY ROMANCE!!!
I am obsessed with Rachel Reid's Game Changers series and I was thrilled to get this preview for Shane and Ilya's sequel. I can't wait to see what they get up to in this book!
Also really loved the sneak peak of Season's Change, too!

This was great! I'm dying to get my hands on The Long Game so was ecstatic to be able to read the first few chapters. I'm now even more excited for April and loved reading about Shane and Ilya again. Those first chapters were great and so cute. I also really enjoyed the Season's Change chapters and am keen to read it too. So glad I was able to read these little samplers.

Rachel Reid’s sequel to Heated Rivalry is my most anticipated read of 2022, and this taste we got in the sampler did not disappoint! Looks like we’re going to get all the Ilya content my heart desires!

I have read the sample chapters of The Long Game and it has only increased my interest in the forthcoming book. There are great new characters, awesome returning characters, Ilya being hilarious, Shane being awkward, and some real issues between the two of them that will need to be resolved.

I have been anxiously waiting for Rachel Reid Long Game since reading the last page of Heated Rivalry ,IMO one of the top 5 , Sport Romance books ever . Her characters Shane and Ilya have a special place in my heart. These few chapters are fantastic. Can't wait to read the entire book.
Cait Nary is a new to me author. I liked her writing style.
I just reviewed Hockey Romance - SAMPLER by Rachel Reid, Cait Nary. #HockeyRomancesSAMPLER #NetGalley

I love sports novel, especially sports romance. My favourites are always the hockey books.
I devoured the whole series by Rachel Reid last year and The Long Game is one of my most anticipated books of this year!
I loved this sampler of course, but it’s also torture because it’s only been making me want more!!!
I need these two books now!

After this sampler I went right away to start Season's Change. It seems like a book I'll love!
The Long Game is on top of my most awaited books of 2022. I love this series and these characters and I requested the arc as soon as I saw it was available! Ilya and Shane are two of the most interesting characters I've ever read and I need to see how their story will end. Happily, of course! Rachel Reid is a master at making me happy and full of feelings!

I am in love with all things Shane and Illya. I cannot wait for the full story of this couple. it seems to me that Ilya is tired of being a secret and Shane is comfortable and getting complacent. I'm excited and nervous at the same time because I feel that Illya deserves peace and I cant wait to see how the reveal of their relationship unfolds. is it wrong of me to say please hurry with the book? LOL

a sweet beginning! I will definitely be continuing these when their official release comes around. Very easy to read with likable characters which is really all i want.

Reading these was a great opportunity for me to further cultivate my TBR. Looking forward to both of these! Thank you for the sampler!

Really enjoyed this and it whetted my appetite for The Long Game. Shane and Ilya's relationship is still going strong three years after Heated Rivalry ended but summer is about to end and they are conscious of the fact that when the hockey season begins, they won't see much of each other.
It's great to catch up with the characters. Shane is still his lovable self and Ilya is still his snarky lovable self, but both have done some growing up in the intervening years. I am really looking forward to seeing more of them when The Long Game comes out.

Although this was only a sampler, I fell in love all over again in these few pages!! I can't wait to continue to read Shane and Ilya's story. Their chemistry and humor remained unmatched and are easily one of my favorite hockey romances. That being said, I'm excited to begin a new series and fall in love with a new world once the Nary's title releases!

I absolutely loved the preview of The Long Game! There's not too much to say, as it's only a few chapters from the book, but I can't wait to read it! I'm crossing my fingers I get an ARC if they're available, and will definitely be getting a copy for myself when it comes out!

So excited for the full copies of both of these! Loved all five of Reid’s other books, and the first three chapters of The Long Game prove this one won’t be any different.

I pre-ordered The Long Game as soon as I saw it so it’s no surprise the first three chapters left me wanting more of Ilya and Shane. As usual, Ilya gets all the best lines. I’m looking forward to seeing how their story plays out.
Cait Nary’s Seasons Change does not pick up the threads of a continuing story but introduces Olly joining his new team in the off season. He’s rooming with Benji who is also new to the team. And as happens with a sampler, just as you’re wondering what’s going to happen it comes to an end.

A hockey romance sampler? Oh my! The first few chapters of both leave me wanting to read more! I'm intrigued by the premises.

This tiny glimpse into Shane and Ilya made my day. I read it three times. I want more moments with them, more laughter, more love. More everything. Cannot wait until April. Cannot. Wait. So release the rest! Ilya demands to be read!
