I wanted to like this one much more than I was able, but I do think that it can be attributed to my current moods.

“Say it's forever “ is an instalust/ Instacrush/instalove type of story.

It starts great with the chemistry and the moments when they both give up on any past or thoughts and just live in the moment.

They both have to overcome a troubled past and the family and friends are there at all times to support and help each other. I loved the interactions and even the interventions of some of these secondary characters and while I haven't read the first book in the series, I will definitely look it up.

A few over the top moments or scenes for my liking, but overall the story is a nice single parent romance with a redeeming bad boy and interesting characters.

This is by far the best romance book I have read in 2022 so far! The way the author carefully weaved a beautiful story of love and learning to trust the people who care about you is absolutely marvelous. Not to mention the sexual tension in this book is off the charts! I'm also a sucker for the single parent and close proximity tropes, so this book delivered exactly what I wanted.

Once again author A. L. Jackson has managed to break and remake a reader's heart. This story is about two broken souls Salem and Jud, who are trying to find a way out of just surviving their demons and truly living in love. Told in flashback format, Ms. Jackson finds a way to give everything a romance reader is looking for in a love story.

The raw emotion between the characters is addictive and makes for an excellent love story. The characters are broken people who find love and it is a book I will definitely recommend.
