As with most books like this, there is a lot of fluff. However, I will say the advice that this book contains is valuable. Following the simple eating recommendations, I was able to take off thirty pounds with ease. The big value here is that their advice is simple and easy to implement (if not always easy to follow). Valuable in that regard but I am hesitant to fork over money for a book that is 90% fluff and 10% actual great advice. But, such is the case with any diet/eating book. So, as those go, this is a good one.

This is a practical and truthful guide to lasting weightloss, and surprise, surprise the answer isn't keto, IF, Mediterranean, or Whole30 based. It literally has everything you need to lose the weight forever, BUT you have to do the work, and while it is simple, it is not always going to be easy and it will take wayyyyyy longer than you want it to. The honesty is wildly refreshing. I want to buy two dozen copies and leave them strategically wherever men and women are doing ridiculous things because they want to lose weight in a month. Guerilla kindness.
