This is a good devotional for a girl or young woman just learning about Hannah and the story of Samuel. The author covers a lot of scripture using multiple versions of the Bible and paraphrases.

I always though of Hannah as a strong women - being able to give her son for God’s service at the age of 3! But through this devotional I also discovered she was a women of strong faith and integrity.

A lot of rich lessons to learn about prayer, trusting God and truly letting go.

Thanks Netgalley for my review copy

I have enjoyed this devotional. I have learnt so much about and from Hannah that I have never thought of before. From how she reacted to her husband bringing in a second wife. To the torment she inflicted to her heart wrenching prayers to God. There is so much about Hannah and her life that are more than the simple story of a Women who wants a child and even says she will give it back to God. There is so much faith and so many lessons to learn about prayer and how to act in different circumstances. I fully recommend this devotional to any women looking for an in depth look in to Hannah. If you like the Secrets of Ruth you will love this book.

Beautifully written, and uplifting from the first page. This devotional serves as a magnificent reminder that God is with us at all times and even the most mundane chores in our day-to-day lives as women hold purpose and are meaningful to God.

I will recommend this devotional to all women.

Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC!
