By far the worst thing about this book was the characters. Henry was not too bad (his brother however is a different story) but Kate was a total pushover. She let everyone, especially her interfering and annoying best friend Lisa, walk all over her. Lisa is dominating, bossy and not what I would consider a good friend. She pushes Kate too far and refuses to see things any way but hers. She even gives out Kate’s personal details to a total stranger. Yet for everything Lisa did wrong Kate always ended up apologising!

This was predictable, but cute once I got into it. This is a common trope, but Loretta Hill did a good job making it seem new. I liked the Australian setting.
