This sneak peak was so good! I cant wait for the full book to come out. In these few chapters, I loved seeing the dynamics begin to build, and I’m hooked.

I literally cannot wait for the full book. These first few chapters were such a tease in the absolute best way!

Wow, loved these first few chapters, things are going to be intense, I can already tell! Just from the synopsis, I knew there was going to be drama over Helen competing for the Are's title, like the fact that her brother put her up as prize for said title. And I really enjoyed Achilles and Patroclus's dynamics, and Helen and Patroclus's in their interaction in this teaser, and I can't wait to see all 3 of them together! So excited for the full length book!

I know this was only the first 5 chapters but I’m already obsessed! I haven’t read anything by Katee Robert that I didn’t like and this is no different! I cannot wait for this book to be released so I can finish it!

I have read Neon Gods, but not Electric Idol.

Alright, so first and foremost, let's get the *bad* out of the way... The spoilers were real lol. It's my own fault - I am not used to such dirty books having an actual plot line - great job here, Katee! Can't wait to go back and read Electric Idol. The worst of it was that I felt like there were a lot of "white man", "white dude", and "white woman" descriptions in the book - I mean literally... those words were literally used. Same with "black woman". I feel like this is just lazy writing, to be honest. I really hope this changes - but if it doesn't, I won't be too upset, because when I buy the book, I can skip the first five chapters... okay, well... the first four... I will read the fifth again ;)

So the good.... chapter five is HOT HOT HOT, just saying ;) smutty and spicy! Obviously we all know where this story is going, and I can't frigging WAIT!

Overall this is a 3.5/5 right now - I rounded up to 4/5. Can't wait to see the finished product! (Or maybe the full ARC - hint hint!)

This was only a sample, I knew it would be amazing... and I was right. I also knew I would want more right away... And I was right about that, too. It was a super quick read, and now I am champing at the bit for June 7th even more than I was. Ms. Robert's writing is fantastic, as usual, and I can't help but get dragged into her books before the end of the first page.

Leave it to Katee Robert to get me excited for a book that doesn't come out until forever!! I've really been loving the Dark Olympus series, and it seems from this preview that that will not change any time soon. Thrilled to learn more about these characters and more about the world!

I NEED THIS PUBLISHED IMMEDIATELY! Ugh, it's only the first 5 chapters of Helen's story w/ Patroclus and Achilles, but I can tell it's going to be amazingly juicy. And I LOVE Greek myth revisions. I devoured these first 5 chapters and I'm sure the rest of the world will too. Cannot WAIT for publication of this novel.

While this is only a preview, I instantly fell in love. Katee Robert has once again proven why she's my favourite author. Neon Gods was great, Electric Idol was even better, and this is just perfect. I can't wait to read the whole story!

Okay, I absolutely need more asap as possible. I feel a love triangle coming on and I cannot wait to devour the rest of this when it comes out!!

Although I've seen her books talked about all over the internet, this was my first taste of Katee Robert's writing - and I'm HOOKED.

The world building and her take on Greek lore and mythology is really interesting, and the political system isn't like anything I've read before. Add to that the immediate heat and spark between the romantic leads, and it's safe to say I'll be picking this up come June - after I've caught up on Neon Gods and Electric Idol!

I'm so happy that this series is continuing. Although I only read the extended preview, it was just as good as the other two books and I can’t wait to read the full book when it comes out. Once again, the Thirteen are ready to find out who will win to become the new Ares. And the winner gets the prize of not only becoming Ares but also marrying Helen. Helen decides that as much of a prize as she is, she isn’t one to be won and she will not let her brother offer her as a prize to the winner so she does what Helen does and enters to become the next Ares.

What a tease,,, i can’t wait for the book to come out . Kate Roberts is such a great writer and the sensualness of this follow up to Electric Idols was everything. How does she meld Greek mythos with modern topics is amazing

This teaser of the first few chapters is fantastic! It's great getting a peek at the characters and the dynamic that the author is creating between them. I can't wait to get to read the entire thing!

This upcoming installment in the Dark Olympus series is going to be such a good one. Katee Robert has a real way with words, and I'm so excited to see more from Helen of Troy, Achilles, and Patroclus. If you love a spicy romance (and maybe also if you loved Song of Achilles), put this on your TBR now!

I have been loving at the attention Robert is getting for this series because it is so well deserved. It has everything you could want from a fantasy romance, a well thought out plot, creative characters and a lot of spice. I highly recommend this series as well as her other amazing books.

Yet another amazing Dark Olympus book! I love this story about Helen competing to be the new Ares and getting to know Achilles and his boyfriend a bit better. I love this series and will keep reading it.
