I was unsure about my first review on NetGalley and found this toolkit in the "How to write a book review" Section. It definitely helped me conceptualize how to craft an honest and professional book review.

I found this very helpful, especially the specialized tips for each different platform. I’m eager to implement the tips I read. My only suggestion would be a better summary, quick start guide or tldr page

Wow! I stumbled on this toolkit but didn't read it right away! I discovered that It is the perfect handbook for navigating the ins and outs of NetGalley. Loved the page designs and the number of topics covered.

The Book Advocate Toolkit is loaded with how to information NetGalley Tips range from how to request books and your Feedback Ratio. Immediately after reading it added my profile picture and checked out my Feedback Ratio!

The second set of topics deal will writing reviews and after reading the tips, I realized that I need to improve mine by including my personality in them. I was a librarian and wrote my district reviews with a more professional voice. In Netgalley, I can be my retired self and have fun with my reviews.

The Toolkit has an extensive section dedicated to Social Media Platform and how to set yourself up on the
various platforms. I not there yet but if I do decide to delve into that world, I be using the Toolkit as a guide.

The last set of topics deal Strategizing by encouraging reviewers to plan their content and using Hashtags!
Very useful information for those of us new to NetGalley, and those who want to step up their reviews.
It's a great Toolkit and a resource that I will use as a reference as I carry on reading and reviewing books!

Useful tips for writing your reviews and building your platform. Helps clarify what publishers are after while selecting arc readers. Super compact and won’t take up a ton of your time. Worth a read.
