I have been wanting to read a story on this topic for years. That too not just any story but a memoir kind of narrative that would make me understand and feel what the person went through in their own words.

I started reading this book as soon as I got the advance reading copy and I wasn't disappointed.

Thank you, Long Echo Publishing, for the copy.

You will totally understand why I am thoroughly impressed with this book.

The book starts from the very beginning when things seemed to be normal and everyone around them used to treat them the same.

However, the author points out some very obvious reasons about how and why the weight issues became an issue. Reading the first half of the book will make you see and analyse what may be the possible reasons of us not being able to control weight gain.

From the book, you will be able to gain some knowledge about what might work and what might not. And also, the terms and the different processes mentioned in the book are explained well with references. You can always go for the references when you need to read and learn more on the topic. I really appreciate the author for this.

A well-researched and well documented memoir I would say.

Actually the book reads like a story and you will be able to enjoy the writing as much. The voice behind the writing is clear and loud.
