This is a children's book about a vampire who loses his cape, just like the title suggests. I love the illustrations in the book, and it was very visually appealing. I wish there had been more of a rhyme scheme or rhythm to the words though. It felt like there was almost one but it hadn't quite been realized. This would help young readers I think.

I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is going to be a short review my blog is pretty full and I still got plenty of books to review, plus I don't have a whole lot to say about the book. XD
This book is about a vampire who decides to party and find something yummy and loses his cape when he gets too hot from all the fun he is having (also loved he was DJ-ing). Yep, he just dumps it somewhere instead of a designated space for it. I found it pretty funny, especially his reactions to him losing his cape, I didn't know it was THAT important to a vampire, but I guess if you are just in a tuxedo you don't bring that much fear to people. XD The ending was a bit too easy for me.
The art was so-so. I did like how, because it is an ebook it seemed like it was animated at times when you flipped from one page to the other.
I had fun, but I don't know it just missed something for me.
