The Precipice of Mental Health really hit home for me. As someone who does struggle with Depression and Anxiety Disorder, I enjoyed reading this book. I’ve dealt with people in my life who don’t understand mental health and the way it works. I could relate to a lot in this book. I do think if you’re struggling with any sort of mental health, this is the book for you, especially if it’s a new diagnosis. This book does a great job explaining the feelings and experiences that can occur for someone who has a mental health disorder. 10/10 A great and eye-opening read on mental health.

I found this to be a really interesting inside to anxiety, depression and general mental health. It was written in a way that wasn't patronising or preachy - just letting you know that your mental health is important and there is support out there. I would recommend this to those who have experienced struggles and to those who know of people going through mental health issues.
