And the finale is here. As expected, this book is more suspenseful and twisted than the other two in the trilogy. Many questions have been answered, many more actions are making sense now and overall that well deserved happily ever after reaches its apogee.
I can’t remember loving a Tijan’s book so much as this one. Perfect finish for a must read story!

Thank you St. Martin’s Press for my copy of The Revenge! Tijan is one of my favorite authors and I couldn’t wait to read the conclusion of that gripping trilogy!

For you readers, this is the conclusion of the gripping trilogy “The Insiders”.

So don’t read this review if you haven’t read the other two books or you’ll be spoiled. Also I’ll keep this fairly short and vague too to avoid any spoilers for this exciting conclusion!

This book is full of shocking revelations and twists! You have been warned!

Bailey is hurting so bad after her mother’s death. She is retreating inside her head, lost in another world, there but not there.

She doesn’t touch a computer, she misses school… she is mourning and that hurt seeing her like that!

Meanwhile Kash is doing everything he can to finally bring the demise of his grandfather.

But even if he is plotting and often away, Kash will ALWAYS put Bailey first. He will ALWAYS come back, even if it’s setting back his revenge, when Bailey needs him.

And that’s something I adore in Tijan’s books and that is present here: the utter dedication of the main male character to his love interest!

I need a man to breath and live for his woman and Kash certainly does!

Something else that I truly love in this series is that Bailey is a brain!!! Her intelligence is dazzling and I love seeing her in action behind her computer. That’s a real perk of this series.

The side characters like Matt or Seraphina and Cyclone are true assets to the book, adding that feel of authenticity, a warmth that comes when you have found your family.

That sequel is filled with action, plot and counter plots, very very shocking reveals, intense love and family bonds.

I loved it!

What a conclusion to an all around great series by Tijan! So much happened in this final book that I feel like I was literally on my toes the entire time. Bailey and Kash are both such enjoyable characters. I really enjoyed how their relationship worked and how they played off each other. They were extremely loyal and just all around great.

There were so many twists and turns to keep me on my toes—exactly what I wanted in this book. I wasn’t disappointed. I am glad they were finally able to get their HEA.

Thanks NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Prior to this arc, I had no idea this was a series of books! I’m so glad because I was able to read the books before this one and it’s been an enjoyable read. Kash and Bailey were such great characters. I loved them as individuals and how they had belief in one another. This book didn’t veer towards the typical plot lines and I appreciated that.

The Revenge is the conclusion to The Insiders trilogy which follow Bailey and Kash and well their revenge.
This books is as much as a roller coaster as the last two books, having the balance of romance and suspense, keeping me on edge.
The book kicks off a few weeks after the ending of The Damaged, Bailey dealing with the emotional heartbreak and mental damage Kash's grandfather inflicted on her.
Its takes her a while to come back to who she was and even then, she's not the same.
There are so many things weighing on her and Kash.
There are secrets that unravel, people stepping out of the shadow to change the course of things.
One things that nags on me is the communication between Bailey and Kash. With all the drama going on, one would think to keep the other in the loop for safety or just awareness but no. Both decided to keep a lot and then well proceed to act as if nothing... lie, not nothing but just disregard it overall.
Character wise, Kash is the same. Bailey seems to fall into who she is now but keeping part of who she was.
Overall, good conclusion to the series and will highly recommend.

okay, but this is the best ending i could have read for this fast paced, wild trilogy from Tijan! This series is going on my must reads for everyone!

'Fun' filled finale to this story. And when I say 'fun' I mean lots of headaches for the characters. Before going any further... you will need to read the previous two books (The Insiders and The Damage) in this trilogy to follow along. *This review may have spoilers if you haven't read those books, so I would STOP reading this right now if that is you. ;) There is a lot that goes on in this book. Bailey (the Heroine) and Kash (the Hero) are working hard to take down the man responsible for several deaths. Deaths of close family members. While Bailey wants to help too, she's still getting over her own loss and the trauma she suffered and isn't the woman she once was... good thing she has several people in her circle who love her and help her through her suffering. The characters are wonderfully written and the story itself has so much going on, never a dull moment. I will say, that some of it was a little hard (for me anyways) to keep up with (mostly all the computer mumbo jumbo.) lol Not so much the storyline, but all the intricacies that go into the action. You never really know who's on their side and who is actually working against them. This has a mafia-ish vibe, though generally not quite as violent, as the leader of the gang, Kash, is a good guy. He's only after the people who hurt him and his loved ones, and along with Bailey, seeks revenge. There is some violence (mostly in the final takedown scene.) There is some sexual content, mention of drug use/abuse, brainwashing, manipulation, and a few drinks too many. It's a rather heavy read but there are some lighter moments here and there and you can count on Matt (Baileys brother) to bring a little comic relief.

*I received an ARC of this book from Netgalley.

What a great conclusion to the trilogy. Each book gets better and better even though that's not usually the case with trilogies. Bailey goes through such a roller coaster here. Kash is even more terrific. I like the twists and turns in this book so much. The action is non-stop. Of course there is a happy ending and it's a good one too.

Thanks to the publisher for the arc.

I had to read the prior books in order to get to this one and it did not disappoint! I’m so in love with everything from this story: the plot, world building, romance, character development! Everything was fantastic! Tijan is an auto-read for me!

What an emotional roller coaster! This book totally shows that actions do speak louder than words. I love how I could just feel the love between Kash and Bailey without them always having to use words. Bailey goes through a lot in this book and Kash just knows intuitively how to giver her what she needs. There were moments that just made me cry. This book has all the feels. The action and suspense were amazing as well. And I mean Kash is just the GOAT, like for real, that man… I feel like Tijan did a lot of research for this book, especially for a character like Bailey (a genius with a photographic memory). It was clear how certain things that happened had a certain effect on her. The way the author described her feelings and what she was going through and how her mind worked made it easier to understand her even though my mind doesn’t work the same way as hers does. The pacing of the story was great as well and I loved the plot twists! There were a lot and some I did not see coming at all. I liked that the story was told from two POV’s. My favorite thing about this book is the partnership between Bailey and Kash, I just loved it. I’m sad that this is the last book in the series, but I am satisfied with the ending and I can’t wait to read what Tijan writes next!

The Revenge was the perfect end for the Insiders Seires.

It was full of twists and turns. With every new discovery Kash and Bailey made, I was desperate and excited for more.

I definitely recommend this book and this series to those who want to dip their toes into the romantic suspense waters without having to get completely wet...

Kash and Bailey's journey continues in this book. Bailey is still reeling from her mother. She shuts down for a while and Kash does all he can to try and be there for her. He tries to do everything he can to get her to come back to herself. He is still trying to pin down his grandfather. When he gets an unexpected surprise, he doesn't quite know what to do with it.
This book did have a few twists and turns. Things get turned upside down a time or two. It was definitely entertaining. I don't want to give away what happens, so I will be brief.
Kash and Bailey have to lean on each other a lot. In typical Tijan style, there is a lot of darkness that her characters have to go through in order to find their light. This book was true to that. There is a lot of violence and backstabbing that goes on.
All of the characters from the previous 2 books do show up in here. Bailey and Kash had a hard time figuring out who was friend or foe at times. Both of them got the chance to bond with family members they didn't expect to. I will say that this book was entertaining. It does do a good job of wrapping up their story. The ending left me with a smile on my face.
I received an ARC from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest review.

Tijan could never disappoint. I have been long time of the author. And this series couldn’t have had a better conclusion than this one. All those twists and turns definitely left me all gasping and shaking. But for that ending everything was worth it.

Holy moly- what a twisting and captivating conclusion! The Revenge is everything I wanted and more. Suspenseful, angsty, steamy, and completely engrossing- the perfect combination of fast paced action, twisting and turning mystery, and heartfelt romance. Definitely my favorite of the series!

This series has really been a sleeper hit for me- with each book drawing me in more and more. With every passing page, the addiction to Bailey and Kash has grown, and in this finale, we see them tested by external enemies while growing more and more solid in their own connection and love. It’s one thing I love most about Tijan’s series- once she builds a strong and secure tether between her leading loves, she allows them to grow into their love, instead of apart. Their story begins after the epic cliffhanger of book 2, and from there Tijan unfurls a riveting and intricately penned plot at a breakneck pace. Kash and Bailey’s road to their happy ending requires a lot of heartache and challenge. They have to face their own demons, their own pains, while also continuing to face the external forces that challenge them, including Kash’s own family.

SO MANY TWISTS! SO many secrets and unexpected turns! It makes for a truly suspenseful and action packed finale that had me on edge and rapidly turning the pages. Paired perfectly with the ever evolving core romance, the sweet and tender that juxtaposes with all the intrigue and drama. Kash and Bailey’s relationship and chemistry has only grown richer through the series- the passion, their emotional connection, their intimacy. IN this finale we really get to see them find an equilibrium as partners, and while we have some real heartache, seeing them support one another is the best part of the story. Bailey faces loss that breaks her, and Kash shows up for her in ways that are all kinds of Tijan-swoony. He’s the supportive, loving, protective Tijan bookboyfriend that makes hearts and pantiest melt. And, we get plenty of steam too.

Hang on tight- this finale is a wild ride, but as always, Tijan delivers an epically entertaining and sweetly heartfelt romance. The suspense, the mystery, the angst, the SWOON! Another great Tijan series, and one that I can’t wait to return to!

In exchange for an honest review, I received a free copy of THE REVENGE (Book 3 of the Insiders) by Tijan. While Bailey continues to try coping with all of the tragedy and violence that has occurred because of her father and his associates, Kash kicks his plans for revenge into high gear. This book brings some surprises for both of them. I like this book and recommend it to fans of contemporary romance featuring wealth, Russian mafia, and tragedy.

I didn’t realize this was part of a series, but requested it solely due to Tijan being the author.

I’m sure I would have gotten so much more out of this by reading the first two books, but this was an exciting conclusion to a dramatic love story.

Thanks to St Martin’s Press and Netgalley for the e-arc in exchange for an honest review.

Another Tijan book that was great! Love this series and this one did not disappoint. It felt like the first two were the best, though. I am excited to promote this for her, despite it not being my favorite of the three. She's a great writer!

‘The Revenge’ is a satisfying period punctuating the end of a satisfying sentence. More internal than the previous two books in the trilogy, author Tijan more closely examines the minds and feelings of her protagonists.

Told in dual POV, this story opens in the aftermath of the events ‘The Damaged.’ Bailey is reeling from an unimaginable loss, and Kash is in pursuit of the man responsible for it. As they navigate their shared trauma and their unshakable devotion and love for each other, they just might finally achieve the peace that they both so desperately crave.

One of the biggest surprises of the novel is how subdued it is in comparison to its predecessors. The bulk of the book is internal and rooted in the emotions of the characters, rather than in dramatic, overarching action and steamy scenes. Tijan also expertly introduces another integral character into the book, and I hope that their story is told at some point in the future.

While I enjoyed the book, I thought the pacing toward the end was rushed, and so the climax and its subsequent conclusion felt a little underdeveloped underwhelming. But I won’t ever knock an HEA, and this book definitely delivers on that promise. The epilogue, too, was a nice conclusion to the book, and the series as a whole.

Overall, I really enjoyed this trilogy, and cannot wait to see what Tijan comes up with next.

Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for generously providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
