"I'll never stop seeing you"

What a crazy, twisted ending! Bailey has been on a roller coaster ride and has no idea who she can fully trust. Kash is trying to protect his family and end his estranged grandfather's diabolical plans. Tons of shocking reveals and lists of suspects in the conclusion of The Insiders trilogy. My emotions were on edge and I never knew when a betrayal was coming. And the insane secrets! OMG! When I thought I finally had a grasp on what was going on, the ol' Tijan switcheroo happened and made me rethink everything. Definitely an entertaining page turner until the very end.

"My fight was to love, and to know that I could love. I would not lose those I loved because I loved them."

Perfect conclusion to this trilogy!!!!
Do not start with this story - this is the final book (book 3). They must be read in order or you will be lost.
Bailey and Kash are a great couple who will keep you on your toes. They’ll keep you guessing throughout the entire trilogy.
Highly recommend these stories!

Wow! The final chapter of The Insiders Trilogy is mind blowing. The plot and twist really blew my mind. I am not going to put any spoilers in this review. Everything that I thought or expected came out to be the total opposite. I was shocked with some of the details that unraveled in this book. Kash is unstoppable as always and Bailey is resilient and follows her tuition. Some of the characters from the previous books will be in this finale and you will learn their background and their roleplay in this crazy and dangerous game. The ending was what we needed.

NOTE: This review has spoilers from the end of The Damaged, so if you haven’t finished that book, you may not want to read the next three paragraphs.

The heroine: Bailey Hayes - She’d been nearly kidnapped more than once because she is the illegitimate daughter of one of the biggest tech billionaire’s in the world. Her family has gone through some huge changes but things had been looking up for a minute there. Until everything fell all around her when the cabin they were in was bombed.

The Hero: Kashton Colello - He is the grandson and only living relative of Calhoun Bastien, one of the richest and most powerful men in the world with ties to the mafia. Calhoun had wanted to get to know Cash, but on finding out that Kash was not interested, Calhoun decided to destroy him instead. He did something seriously bad hoping that Bailey would blame Kash and start to hate him.

The Story: The last book not only ended in a huge cliffhanger, but also introduced a new character. Just who is Chase Bastian and what is he going to do in this book? Obviously he has the same last name as Calhoun. Was he raised by Calhoun or does Calhoun not know about him? Is he Kash’s uncle or brother? Who kept him hidden all this time? I certainly won’t be telling.

Tijan did a great job giving an overview of the first two books at the beginning of this one for those of us that read them more than a few months ago. I love that, since I read a book a day or more which puts well over 100 books between the time I read The Damaged and the time I started this one. I hate it when I am struggling to figure things out in a book because unlike Bailey, I don’t have photographic memory.

I really enjoyed Bailey’s story from the very beginning and I think her and Kash have a ton of chemistry. I liked Bailey as a person and just loved the relationships with her half siblings. There are so many great characters, in this series that it has been fun to read. I love Kash, he is an extremely wealthy man in his own right and such a manly man who can do almost anything. He is certainly a take charge kind of guy and is perfect for Bailey.

“Stay and love your woman or leave and kill your grandfather. What a choice to make.” He gave me some side-eye. “But you’re not infringing on Team Batt. We can do Team Katt or you can do Team Kailey. There’s no Team Bakatt.”

This book had a lot of action and intrigue. I loved the story and the fact that Bailey and Kash were a couple but didn’t get boring. I kind of hate it in books when the main couple finally gets together and admits that they love each other and everything is lovey dovey and boring after that. And absolutely loved how Kash was so supportive and kind to Bailey without being too over the top.

I enjoyed the fact that these two still had monsters to slay and things to do which kept the story interesting throughout. Also I was so glad that a question I had since the beginning of The Insiders was finally answered about halfway through this book.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts & opinions are my own.

I’ve been waiting for the conclusion of The Insiders series and was ecstatic when I got it! The Revenge is enthralling, suspenseful, emotionally charged, and very surprising. Kash and Bailey’s connection is as strong as ever and I’m thrilled at the lengths they’ll go for each other. It was nice seeing Bailey’s relationship with her own family progress and develop and I’m all for Team Batt!

The twists and turns in this last book will have your head spinning. I did not see any of it coming, but it did mend my heart back together from The Damaged. The story ties up nicely in the end but I have so many questions about secondary characters which I’m crossing all my fingers and toes hoping Tijan will answer in more books or spin-offs in the future. I cannot get enough of these characters! This is a side effect reading Tijan’s books have: the craving for more! If you loved the first book in the series, and wanted to cry in the second, you better get your hands in The Revenge because it is epic!

How did Tijan do it? She had me hooked from the first sentence. This is the final book in The Insiders trilogy and it blew me away. When we last left Bailey, her world was shattered. The most important thing in her life was gone. In The Revenge, we get to live through Bailey's brokenness. It is palpable. It jumps off of the pages and pulls right at the reader's heartstrings. Kash is the strong alpha who will go to the ends of the earth to fix Bailey and bring her closure. Without giving too much away, Tijan created a realistic view of grieving and the resolution of it flows naturally in the book. We are gifted with seeing Bailey regain her strength and are astounded by her fortitude. We watch her build stronger relationships with her family and even with Kash.
There are many surprises, twists and turns that I was not expecting. The epilogue gave me the glimpse of the future that I didn't even know I wanted. The only thing I wish was that there had been a bit more information on Chase's child. I am dying to know more but who knows? Maybe that will be a story of its own.
All in all, the story was wrapped up well, answered the big questions and surprised me in so many ways. I couldn't put it down. This series will definitely be worth a re-read.

The Revenge by Tijan, published by St.Martin's Press, is the third book in the Insiders Trilogy. It's the epic conclusion of Bailey and Kash's story.
I literally just finished the book and I'm blown away by the complexity, outstandin-ess of this third book.
This is not a stand-alone. For best reading experience I recommend to read the books in order. The other books are The Damaged and The Insiders.
Bailey, the computer genius and Kash, lets call him choosen son and right hand of Bailey's dad are soulmates for sure. They complete each other in a way that is rare.
A story packed with secrets, twists and turns, action packed, fast paced, complex, breathtaking, raw and gritty. Kash and Bailey have a lot going on. Kash is between a rock and a hard place, driven by revenge and the need to protect Bailey at all costs. And Bailey herself is not in a good place after the loss she suffered. Both are in for big surprises, along with the reader. I loved reading this unputdownable trilogy. I read every instalment, cover to cover, in one sitting, fell in love with the characters. I recommend the book and the trilogy, 5 stars.

Holy freaking WOW! Tijan did fan-freaking-tabulous !! The Revenge is an EPIC end to this trilogy. It’s filled with everything…suspense, deception, family…new family, new alliances and justice for Bailey, Chrissy and KASH🖤

I was completely captivated from the first line until the very last.

Fave quotes:
“We’re old news. You’ve been gone, mourning your mom, and Kash isn’t letting anyone take his picture. There was a spread of him and me at Naveah a while back, but you’ve gone to ground and so has he. People moved on. Some celebrity posted an image of himself and you could see his dick. Everyone was in an uproar about it.”—-lol love this Chris Evans drop💓

“You need a shower.” “That, too. Maybe later.” He headed toward his section of the house, his hand in the air. “Let’s save the world after I get a good twelve hours of sleep, yeah? Try not to slay too many dragons until I’m back awake. You and me, dude. We’re Team Katt.” I snorted. “I don’t want a team name for us. That’s your thing with Bailey.” “You’re right. You’d never be a part of Team Batt.”—-I absolutely love Matt in this book. He has 100% stepped up as a brother & friend and it shows in the trust KASH puts in him. #teamKaBatt

I am going to miss this series so much!! I won’t go into the story-line too much because I don’t want to spoil anything. This book should be read with absolutely no spoilers so you can read it’s full potential.
The character development was on point, especially for Bailey and Kash. I love their relationship so much.
My love for Tijan’s writing has only grown more throughout the years.
This was the perfect conclusion to a amazing series.

Special thanks to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for sharing this digital reviewer copy with me in exchange my honest opinions.

4 stars. If you thought that by book 3, you’d have everything figured out… you clearly haven’t read Tijan before. The Revenge is just as a much of a rollercoast as the previous 2 books, and is a great end to this fun trilogy (though I’d totally love if she wrote more stories in this series that followed some other characters… she def left the door open for that).

The Revenge is book 3 in the Insiders Series, and you absolutely must read the preceding books first. I’m writing this review as if you read books 1 and 2, so if you don’t want any spoilers from those books, stop reading. The Revenge picks up right where The Damaged leaves off… with Bailey reeling over her mother’s murder. I’m not going to lie, it takes 50+% of the book for us to get the old Bailey back, but that’s also totally understandable under the circumstances. If she bounced back quicker, it wouldn’t be believable. Kash is still trying to figure out a way to bring down his grandfather, and Quinn is finally be tried for her kidnapping of Bailey in The Insiders book 1. Tijan throws a lot at us in this book, and while it isn’t always the most believable, it was completely shocking. I had no idea what was going to happen next, and if I’m honest, I suspended belief with this series early on, so I didn’t mind whether the surprises were realistic or not. All I cared about was that Tijan had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I really enjoyed this series and I loved the characters. If I’m honest, Matt may have stolen the show a bit in this one. It was amazing to have a character like him be able to bring some levity to what would otherwise be emotionally heavy scenes. All in all, I def recommend this series. Fans of Tijan’s will not be disappointed.
