This is my first Kele Moon story. There is an undercurrent of drama in their lives, Melody's abusive ex-husband and Clay's career. However, Clay and Melody are able to fall in love without the typical melodrama, a sweet love story. Do not misunderstand their relationship; it is full of sexy, hot, erotic times.

My apologies for not updating this sooner. I chose not to review this book on my blog as I couldn't get "into" it and did not want to leave a negative review over a difference of personal tastes.

This was such a sweet, sweet story. It was a great change with a fun bunch of characters primary and secondary and while I greatly enjoyed this sweetness of this one I'm not sure others would but I would definitely recommend reading it and giving it ago as it's nice to read something so angst and dramaless.

I am just going to throw it out there that my new addiction is UFC fighters! This is my first book by purestdelightawardKele Moon and I want to kick myself for taking so long to start this series. This book just drew you in it was like you were inside of the octagon with Clay “Powerhouse” Powers. You could almost feel the blows. Ms. Moon had the emotions pouring off the pages between Melody and what she was struggling with and the issues Clay was trying to overcome. It was so easy to get caught up in the dynamic a feel as though you were a part of them and you just wanted so much for not only Clay and Melody but also with the secondary characters Jules Conner and her brother Sherriff Wyatt Conner.
Ms. Moon did a great job of putting two people together who thought they were both so beat up and broken and showing how they could heal one another. The chemistry between these two was burning off the pages. Clay Powers is definitely one SEXY man! I tell you what it make me what to take a trip to Vegas with my husband soon!
This is one series that I can’t wait to continue it has everything you could possible want hot steamy sex, sweaty men grappling on a mat, wicked sense of humor and even some suspense. If you haven’t read anything of Kele Moon’s yet then definitely read this one you will not regret it in this least!

I really enjoyed this story of sweet waitress, Melody, doing something nice for a stranger, Clay, who turns out to be a famous heavyweight fighter. Melody is trying to recover from an abusive marriage and in hiding from her ex. On the surface, Clay is the last sort of man she would fall for, but his tender affection lets him past her walls. Both of these characters carry some baggage, and it was great to watch their relationship develop. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in return for an honest review.
