This book club kit would be the perfect companion to any book club meeting on One Last Stop. I loved the focus on LGBTQIA+ history and found family throughout this kit and I thought it was great that the questions encouraged readers to think about this book beyond just the romantic relationship. I liked the design of this book however I did feel the order could have been changed to make it more cohesive.

After reading this kit, I'm now desperate to read One Last Stop and Casey McQuiston's other novels!

I love the idea of a bookclub kit. It gives you more background about the book. It also have a free bookmark which I really love. I also enjoyed the actual book 'One Last Stop' and this kit made me appreciate it more.

I'm not a fan of Casey McQuiston - and not only because of her hate towards TS - and, in total honesty, this book threw me into a three-month reading slump.
BUT this kit is perfect for a book club session: it gives ideas for different activities, including easy but tasteful recipes that I tried and loved, and also it helps you pick up what to read next similar to this title.

I absolutely love the idea of a book club kit! I previously read this book, so when I saw this pop up, I decided to check it out! Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! This kit includes everything you might need to host a book club along with fun extras! I had expected this to be mostly discussion questions, but it also included content warnings, an author interview, book suggestions, a playlist, a fun recipe, and even printable bookmarks! As a librarian and member of multiple book clubs, I would love to utilize this type of kit both for myself AND for my other book club people!

Thank you SO much to NetGalley and the publisher for the free copy in exchange for an honest review!

This gives you an in-depth view of the author’s interview, along with additional books to read. The trigger warning, a recipe. I thought it was good

This was a great, helpful kit that I am adding to our Indie book order! I am going to suggest this to my manager to put in for our next book club. I live in a town that would be very interested in it!

This kit is perfect to host your own book club for One Last Stop. It has printable bookmarks that you can buy self-laminating stickers for. It has plenty of deep questions to get the conversation going and an interview with the Author themselves to get a personal insight to the book.

I found this kit to be extremely helpful in structuring our latest book club discussion. While we made the Su Special together, we had the playlist playing in the background. The group would love to do something similar for each of our meetings from now on. I think what could make these kits even better is to include a link or QR code to an already made playlist on Spotify/ Apple Music, etc. to save time but to also bring more of a community together.

I cannot wait to use this in our book club. Something I specifically love about this kit is the inclusion of a playlist. I knew I had to download it once I saw that it was included. Music was such an integral part of August and Jane's story so I appreciate having this and know that it will "set the mood" for re-reading and discussing this beautiful love story.

The bookmarks are a nice edition,
The book recommends really help as a guide to what to pick up next.
The recipe sound interesting but as our book club meets in a resrturant will have it as a home challenge.

My friends and i really enjoyed this book club kit. Since we’re new to having a book club the discussion questions really helped break the ice to get some people in the group talking. I loved the printable bookmarks, the book recommendations and the the playlist was a hit. The wine and playlist lasted longer than the book discussion but overall the kit helped created a really fun book party.

"One Last Stop" by Casey McQuiston is a delightful and enchanting romance novel that seamlessly blends contemporary themes with a touch of magic and time-travel. The story introduces us to August, a cynical young woman who moves to New York City with a strong belief in the absence of magic and cinematic love stories in the real world. Her life revolves around working at a pancake diner and navigating the challenges of city living.

However, everything changes when she encounters Jane, a captivating and mysterious woman on the subway. Jane, who seems to have stepped out of the 1970s, becomes the unexpected highlight of August's day. The story beautifully captures the excitement and intrigue of a subway crush evolving into something deeper and more magical.

The concept of time displacement adds a unique and intriguing dimension to the romance. As August delves into Jane's mysterious background, she discovers the complexities of her situation and becomes determined to help her find her way back to her own time. This journey of self-discovery and love is at the heart of the novel.

Casey McQuiston's writing is engaging and heartfelt, creating characters that readers can relate to and root for. August's character undergoes significant growth throughout the story, as she learns to believe in the extraordinary and embrace the possibility of love.

The novel also explores themes of friendship, found family, and the power of connection. August's interactions with her quirky roommates and the diverse characters she encounters on the subway add depth and authenticity to the narrative.

"One Last Stop" is a heartwarming and magical tale that reminds us of the beauty of believing in the impossible and the transformative power of love. It combines elements of romance, humor, and a touch of nostalgia, making it a must-read for fans of contemporary romance with a unique twist. Casey McQuiston's storytelling shines in this captivating and unforgettable novel.
