A great resource for fun book club activities!

I was looking for some inspirations to do on a book club meeting, and this book provides all the things I need! I love the layout and the fonts, it adheres to the fairytale vibe asn the overall concept. The bingo thing and shoe "canvas" ideas are brilliant and fun. Loveee it!

This is an awesome resource to go along with reading If the Shoe Fits. This series of books is very entertaining as updated and contemporary stories. This particular story is a updated retelling of Cinderella. The materials are a great supplement and provide ample discussion topics for book clubs.

When I opened this book club kit, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. However, I think the kit is super cute, and I love how interactive it is with the different recipes, bingo card, challenges, and mini quiz! Overall it is super cute and a great way to improve the reading experience of a book!

This was a great kit. I really loved the author interview questions, as I always love hearing more about what an author had in mind when writing a book. It was especially fun to gain more insight into why the author made changes she did to the original story. I thought the kit had a good balance of fun items, thoughtful questions, and the interview, and I loved that there was a pizza and drink suggestion. How fun for a book club!

These bookclub kits are an invaluable resource for your book club! Alot goes into running a book club, especially when you want the meetings to be filled with fun games, yummy food, and good conversation. However it's easy when you have access to a book club kit like this one. There are multiple games, quizzes, printable bookmarks, and even recipes for a themed meal and mocktail/cocktail. I especially love that there is an included interview with the author and guided discussion topics for your group. This would be great if you are intimidated by starting your own bookclub and aren't sure where to start,

As with the other kits, I find the font super hard to read, but the contents are enough that I'm willing to keep checking them out, The shoe design challenge is my favorite part - such a great way to be creative even if you don't find yourself the artist type. The 'what to read next' suggestions were top notch. All in all, I would 100% use this for a book club!

This is wonderful supplementary material for this book. The discussion question were really though provoking. Also the quiz provide was really enjoyable as it reminded me of when I was younger and doing the quizzes first in the magazine and then online. I also loved the recipes that were provided

I am in LOVE with the NetGalley Book Club Kits! Sometimes I choose books for book club based on whether there is a kit already created or not. It's a fun way to get more into the book. I really enjoyed the recipes and the bingo. The "before midnight: questions are cute but it kinda feels like they were only for women. Which is understandable but still kinda disapointing.

I’m unsure how I made the mistake of getting this and not th actual book. But I will say it was very helpful and informative!

My high school book club decided they want to read If the Shoe Fits for our first book of the year. The book club kit will be perfect for it! It has bookmarks (which printed very nicely), a few games to play and great discussion questions. I can’t wait to use it with the kiddos this month!

I can't wait until next month when it's my turn to host Book Club. This kit will make it super easy to organize and keep our discussion on point (especially I make the provided cocktail recipe as a mocktail!), I enjoyed the interview with the author as she pointed out it would be an appropriate book if some of our teen daughters also attend book club. I love the idea that we could prepare a pizza from scratch, but given time constraints, it's nice to also have the suggestion of having it be a pizza bar. I think the questions are thoughtful and will engage my friends. The bookmarks are such a fun touch and I will definitely print them out on stock paper to hand out as keepsakes! Plus, I like that one of them says "choose yourself; choose joy." The people in my book club are mostly moms and it's a good reminder to have. The included Bingo card also looks great to have! Our time discussing this book will fly by quickly with this great packet & I love that we could potentially choose one of the recommendations as our next book!
