The Beach Escape by Rachel Magee ⭐⭐⭐

A cute cozy love story but ending left you hanging with lots of unanswered questions. I was very disappointed. Maybe Rachel will finish with a second book, I will keep a look out for it.

first book read from this author and did not dissapoint . it gotten be hooked from the first chapter . i think the ending was lacking and need more answer but probably best if there is a season 2 for this and it will be answered . well recommended thriller! +thankyou netgalley for the opportunity ❤️shaye.reads

This was not great. I had really hoped for some light, breezy summer reads here but it was so cheesy and the writing was just pretty subpar, unfortunately.

This is a warm, fun-loving cozy that has relatable characters. I really enjoyed getting to know them and look forward to reading more from this author.

I enjoyed this cosy romance novel. All the details about the turtles rescued was very informative. Great characters, well-written. I recommend this book.

The Beach Escape is the perfect escape read! Whether your toes are buried in the sand or you're cozied up near the fire dreaming of warmer days. Readers can easily relate to Molly's heartbreak and desperation and appreciate the friend she finds in Grant. Not only will you fall in love with their budding romance, but I also found myself wanting to know more about sea turtles. A fantastic book by Rachel Magee!

What a great romance book! This was a great read in the middle of winter and getting all the Florida vibes from the book. I definitely felt warmer and happier. This is a sweet and light read. I flew through this book like other Hallmark books. I have read most of them and they never disappoint. I will highly recommend this sweet beach read.

I really loved this book that was set in the fictional town of Emerald Cove FL, I loved the Character Molly and can’t wait to see how her relationship with Grant evolves, I can’t wait to read more by this author.

This was a wonderfully fun beach read! My only wish is that I was actually sitting on the beach while reading.

I really enjoyed getting to know Molly and Grant and watching there relationship grow. Loved how well they fit together and how sweet there relationship was. I loved the sea turtle aspect of the book and it was a different twist on the veterinarian book aspect!

This is a light fun read that was very easy to read and if you enjoy Hallmark movies then this is the book for you.

Grant and Molly were so cute together! This was such a sweet summer read, set within a small beachside community where the locals are friendly and look out for one another. A light, fun read. Such a great way to spend an afternoon.

The Beach Escape is a sweet, enjoyable romance, the perfect summer read to just sit back and enjoy. Molly Lawrence was recently dumped by her fiancé at her rehearsal dinner for her best friend. She is a traveling who has a position in a beautiful beach town of Emerald Cove, Florida where she’ll fill in for the local vet who’s on maternity leave. Shortly after arriving she meets an unexpected patient, a giant loggerhead sea turtle as well as Grant Torres, director of the local Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center. She knows very little about the turtles or the rescue center, but throws herself into the work becoming the vet for the center. Not only do the turtles steal her heart, but she begins to develop feelings for Grant and he for her. The problem is that Grant is planning to leave town to work his dream job, and Molly is still healing and not planning to love again.

Traveling to Florida each year, I love turtles, but don't know a lot about loggerhead turtles. I enjoyed that aspect of the story and how the rescue center brings Molly and Grant together. The characters all wonderful in this story and Grant and Molly just fit together so well. Their developing relationship brought the setting to life with their work as well as their time together on the sailboat and learning about the area. This was an enjoyable book to read and I recommend it to those who enjoy a lovely, contemporary romance.

What could be better than a welcoming workplace, summertime, and beaches? She is surprised when Grant Torres brings her a patient she wasn't expecting: a massive loggerhead sea turtle. Soon Molly is involved with aiding Grant at the turtle hospital he maintains, and work leads to snorkeling, sunset cruises, a wedding date—and surprising feelings. However, Molly and Grant both have plans to go shortly on their own new adventures while still assisting injured turtles to return to the sea.

This book is such a good beach read. Just imagine romanticizing the beach as you read the warmest romance. Picture Lorde songs as a book— this would be the outcome. I'm sure Lana del Rey girlies would enjoy this if it were a movie.

However, if you’ve known me for a while, I’m not a great lover of clichés. I prefer learning new information; I don't like reading repetitious material. You'll probably be able to predict how the story ends because this book is so formulaic in so many ways, and being able to predict a story can make me lose interest in it.

Molly Lawrence had other plans but now she is transitioning to a career as a traveling vet. Instead of being married, she is starting this assignment in the panhandle beach town of Emerald Cove, Florida, replacing Dr. Lacey who gave birth to a baby girl. Molly learns from Grant Torres, the director of the Emerald Cove Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center that she has to do house calls when the patients cannot or do not want to come to the Gulfview Animal Clinic in spite of the fact that it is not included in her contract. Her contacts with Grant are multiple. Most importantly her time in Emerald Cove is putting her heart together that was shattered when her fiancé dumped her at the rehearsal dinner. Additionally she has good friends and a job she loves. But what will she do with in regard to her depending relationship with Grant knowing that her assignment in Emerald Cove is limited to three months? Will there be a future in spite of this?
This is the second book by Rachel Magee which I read. I highly recommend it since it I easy to read. It is a clean and wholesome romance story with enjoyable and believable characters. The book also includes a special Hallmark recipe: Tequila Lime Grilled Shrimp.

Following Molly who got dumped by her fiance on their rehearsal dinner for her bet friend, Molly needs to get away.

But work needs to be done aswell on her trip she also has a assignment and she met Grant, who shows up with a unusual patient.
This leads to unexpected adventures

I've enjoyed this cozy read alot, it was fast paced and realy good characters.
