I loved this book. I am a fan of all three authors, so this isn't surprising. However, the theme was intriguing and I loved how each author brought their own aesthetic to the concept.

This was a cute collection of love stories surrounding witchcraft, and a townwide tradition. I've never read anything written by Sandhya Menon or Evelyn Skye, but I've loved everything I've read by Roshani Chokshi, so I thought I would give this a chance. I was not disappointed! There's an overarching storyline through the three stories (which is my favorite kind of anthologies) and it kept me so interested that I read the whole book in one sitting. I loved the generational witchcraft that was included in this and how the character wasn't ashamed of that part of herself.

Onny's story: This was my favorite of the stories. I liked that it was a "hate to love" romance. The characters were a little annoying, but I still liked them. The only complaint I really have is that there were too many exclamation points.
Rating- 4.5/5

Ash's story: I liked that they were neighbors, but I didn't care about the plot and it kind of made Onny and True seem like bad friends.
Rating- 3.5/5

True's story: I liked this one the least. It wasn't bad, it was just kind of boring.
Rating- 3/5

Thank you to Netgalley and St. Martin’s press for the ARC of this book in exchange for a review. This was an absolutely sweet and wholesome YA romance anthology. We get 3 stories of each member of “the coven” as they prepare to use the love potion that will change their whole lives. I loved every word of this book. It’s the perfect Halloween/ Fall read to add to your list.

One thing I didn’t realize I was into is multiple authors co-authoring a book & it not being a anthology but I am! Sure the sections had names but this book is a novel with characters that are intertwined by their friendship and desire for romantic love. This book gave light, magical and a bit of a myth that is specific to the story. These authors did an amazing job at bringing their voices and writing styles together to create this story where three friends support each other as they live out their own love stories against the clock. This book was pretty light though there is a touch of grief that doesn’t deter the story and its sweetness at all!

I really enjoyed every story in this book. The setting of the mystical town was cute and fun to read about. This is a perfect Halloween romance. A great book for those who love Halloween stories without the gore and scary stuff.

This book is full of autumn vibes! I enjoyed each of the three stories. Each one features a different author and a different main character, but all are connected and I loved the short reads.

I only read this for Roshani Chokshi's parts. They were excellent as expected. I read and didn't much care about the rest.

I love short story collections where the stories link, like Let It Snow or Hungry Hearts. This was fun just like those books, but also has a fantastic cozy fall vibe. Roshani Chokshi and Sandhya Menon are two of my favorite authors, so I knew I was going to really enjoy this book. The stories are short and sweet, and just very light and fun. It's a quick read to boost your mood.

it took me a while to finally get around to reading this, but i am glad that i was finally able to.

three kisses, one midnight is a spooky and delightful fall read that follows main characters onny, true, and ash. they find an old love potion, and decide to make some and take it during a masquerade ball that occurs on the 400th anniversary of where they live. after taking the love potion, they encounter various situations that range from fun to serious, and allow for the deeper internal characterization of these three protagonists.

there were a lot of things i liked about this book. i enjoyed that the book was split up -- sometimes i tend to prefer one section over another when this happens, but i thoroughly enjoyed reading about all of the main characters. i was initially drawn to read this book as i am an avid lover of roshani chokshi's work, and was happy my love for her talent guided me here, as this book is now another favorite of mine. i read this towards the end of october, and it was the perfect time of year to read a book like this. good witchy fun, with a dash of history, romance, self growth, and friendship. 4/5 stars!

thank you to both netgalley and st. martin's press for an e-arc of this book. all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Predictable, but cute. Quick read that's perfect when you need something light. Likable characters and an interesting twist on the classic love story.

This book was a 3.5 read, it wasn’t bad. I was really pulled in by the first story. The second story didn’t keep my interest. I kept wanting to skim through but I pushed through and my interested was peeked again with the third story.

These were cute stories about a group of teens that made a coven. Their goal is to make a love potion to bring forth their soulmates. If only life was that easy, I would sell them by the dozen. And let’s talk about this glamour town party! I’m game, this town really let us down. We don’t only have these high expectations on our book boos but we also hold our town/cities to be as cool as their town.

I really did enjoy this and it would have been a 4 star if the second story had the same pull for me as the other two did. But not bad at all! This is a great read for Halloween too!

The publisher archived the ARC on Netgalley before I could download it to my kindle, leaving me unable to read or review the book.

Light hearted YA seasonal fun! These are three stories taking place the same Halloween of three friends. Onny has a hate to love trope, Ash has a pining unrequited crush romance, and True has grumpy sunshine. Ash’s was my favorite minus miscommunication. Overall I preferred the men in this story. This was great fun.

*Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with an e-arc of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I am also a member of Sandhya Menon's street team, but all thoughts and opinions remain my own.*

Fall, witchy, Halloween vibes and romance are exactly what I was looking for and it is exactly what I got. Two of the three authors were new to me, but the writing style across all three novellas was concise and didn't feel like it was three different authors.

Based on the three stories, I’m giving this a somewhat neutral 3.5 star rating. I enjoyed the first and last story. The middle one was okay for me, mainly it didn't give me any strong feelings of love or hate.

Overall, I think the vibe of this story is perfect for the season and for someone looking for a Halloween romance.

Happy fall y'all! I love fun, cute fall books, and Three Kisses, One Midnight is the epitome of a fun, cute fall book! Thank you so much to Wednesday Books and Netgalley for letting me read an eARC of it!
Three Kisses, One Midnight 5/5 Stars
Summary from Goodreads:
New York Times bestselling authors Roshani Chokshi, Evelyn Skye, and Sandhya Menon craft a spellbinding novel about discovering the magic of true love on one fateful, magical night in Three Kisses, One Midnight.
The town of Moon Ridge was founded 400 years ago and everyone born and raised there knows the legend of the young woman who perished at the stroke of twelve that very same night, losing the life she was set to embark on with her dearest love. Every century since, one day a year, the Lady of Moon Ridge descends from the stars to walk among the townsfolk, conjuring an aura upon those willing to follow their hearts’ desires.
“To summon joy and love in another’s soul
For a connection that makes two people whole
For laughter and a smile that one can never miss
Sealed before midnight with a truehearted kiss.”
This year at Moon Ridge High, a group of friends known as The Coven will weave art, science, and magic during a masquerade ball unlike any other. Onny, True, and Ash believe everything is in alignment to bring them the affection, acceptance, and healing that can only come from romance—with a little help from Onny’s grandmother’s love potion.
But nothing is as simple as it first seems. And as midnight approaches, The Coven learn that it will take more than a spell to recognize those who offer their love and to embrace all the magic that follows.
Awww y'all, I loved this book so much! I read it while I was on vacation at the beach and it was the cutest thing! I honestly read it so fast and as soon as I started, I couldn't put it down. I loved how different Onny, True, and Ash's voices were- you could definitely tell that they were written by different authors (and because I love Roshani Chokshi, I of course knew that she wrote Onny), but I loved how well all three stories went together and gelled. I could see all of the threads that tied everything together. Plot wise, loved the love potion. Loved the Halloween party. Loved the town of Moon Ridge! Pacing wise, I thought it was great. Overall, Three Kisses, One Midnight was just a really fun fall read and I definitely recommend picking it up!

Three Kisses One Midnight is a magical connected anthology. It tells the story of three best friends who are finding love on Halloween night. With a love potion in hand to help them form that connection, they all set out to find the one person they want to share a magical kiss with.

There really was something magical and fun about this anthology. I loved how the stories were all connected and we got to see each friend search for their love and find it. The characters all had vastly different personalities and backgrounds allowing them to stand out from one another, yet at the same time, mesh together flawlessly.

Onny is such an optimist. She believed in the magic and that this was going to work for her and her friends. She was adorable! I love her story line. It really was just comforting.

Ash is the shy artist. He was so sweet and watching him finally get the chance to interact with his crush really tugged at my heart strings.

True is a skeptic of it all. She wants to see full proof that this is going to work. So, watching her go from that in her story to something else was wonderful.

Three Kisses One Midnight is one of those stories that has multiple stories going on at once, but they all connect together in a beautiful way. It has an energy to it that can be enjoyed beyond the target audience for this book! It’s a wonderful fall read to boot!

THREE KISSES, ONE MIDNIGHT captures the magic in small towns, halloweens, and young loves. I liked the whimsically magical feel of this collection of novellas (I think?). It was such a cute atmosphere when mixed with the small-town feel of Moon Ridge on Halloween night. There's a very thrilling promise to this night, an anticipation of first kisses and first loves that is very YA in a way I just savored. We also have some fun spooky elements in this book and overall this was a really light-hearted and sweet read. So why isn't this rated higher? I guess, for me, being familiar with Chokshi's and Skye's previous book, I just wanted more. For some reason, which is on me, I expected more of a fantasy type story as opposed to contemporary, but that doesn't factor into this review. It's not that I didn't like this book, it's just a case where I liked the book but didn't feel strongly enough about it to rate it higher than 3 stars, which is the gut feeling I had after finishing.

Witchy, romantic, and endearing, I really enjoyed this story! I love following the friendship of Onny, Ash, and True and also their individual stories. A great spooky, YA romance read for the fall!
