This book was beyond amazing!!! The author was able to captivate me from the beginning to the end and I couldn't put the book down. The description of hell was so shocking and real that it is sticking with me. This book has made me want to go out do so much more for Jesus. I cannot wait for the second book to come out. I have not stopped telling everyone about this book. This author knows how to grab the reader and hopefully this book will save some souls because that is the ultimate goal.

Honestly I got a bit lost, too many characters and in little time, eventually I get to know who is who, but their voices seem a lot similar and it doesn’t help much.

This book gives us another view about the rapture, but to tell the truth I did like a lot more the leftovers, but that aside is not that bad, it gives us a more Christian view about the rapture and that will put some readers off.

This book, gives us an open ending, but honestly I don’t know if I will want to read what comes next.

Thank you NetGalley for the free ARC and this is my honest opinion.

Thank you to Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review this novel. This is the first book of a series not unlike the Left Behind novels. The book was quuite well written with good character and plot development. this is not great literature but for those who enjoy Christian fiction this will satisfy completely. Definitely a good beach read.

This isn't the first nor will it probably be the last book I read about the rapture and the time after this event. I'm just sorry that this is again a first book in a series. I really don't like books without proper ending.
In his preface the author refers to the series "Left behind" and he feels the need to "update" it somehow. The thing is: there's no such thing as an update that would bring things to our present time or any further revelation.
Nether the less it's quite interesting, although the characters are stereotypes, especially Dylan's father. Dylan's request not to be taken is at the very least questionable.
I#m not sure I'll look out for the next book.

This is was good book that was true to scripture regarding the end times. The first 25% of it skipped back and forth in time, which to me was confusing, but after the Rapture occurred it was straightforward and interesting. I’m looking forward to book 2, and plan to read a few of his existing books.
